I have to say, this is hands down the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and comfortable. The spa is also a hidden gem and perfect for relaxation.
The staff is exceptional — a huge thank you to Alexandra and David at the front desk, and Ana and Paulo at breakfast for their amazing service. They were all so welcoming and attentive. The breakfast itself was absolutely delicious with an impressive variety of options to choose from.
I would also like to recognize the housekeeping team for their outstanding work. The attention to detail in keeping everything spotless and well-maintained was remarkable.
I sincerely hope the hotel acknowledges the exceptional service provided by these wonderful staff members, as they truly made our stay memorable. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, and we will definitely be back.

Fabulous hotel with very friendly and professional staff. Booked online on their website with excellent communication prior to the arrival date. All queries were answered promptly to provide an excellent service. The hotel is located in the old town of Faro within walking distance of almost everything. Classy hotel with modern facilities but the staff really make you feel so welcome in every department. It's the warmest welcome on reception which follows through to the rooftop bar, breakfast service and restaurant. I cannot fault this hotel at all, it's up there with the best I've stayed in. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Faro.

A well-designed hotel, clean, and with great service. The staff in the hotel make for a pleasant stay. Breakfast is nice, with a good selection of quality food. The spar and the rooftop are lovely features, with a pleasant view of the surrounding area and the Faro Salts from the rooftop. The hotel is in a convenient, central location to the streets of Faro. Would return.

You will get the best service here.  The staff is amazing.  The entertainment team rocks.  The food is excellent, especially in the general food area.  The chef also takes care of your food needs.  The rooms are comfortable and huge. We had 1 vegan request, and it was taken care of.  Highly recommend.

Had a really great experience here. The rooms are lovely, everywhere smells great! The staff couldn’t be friendlier or do more for you. Great cocktails(basil smash). Good clean spa, could do with a colder shower or plunge. Really nice pool area outside!
