I stayed here for 3 nights.
Loved it.
An older hotel but modern new bathrooms in the rooms and public places. In fact my husband is going to copy the look when we get home.
Alexandra and Claudia were lovely and professional.  The cleaning staff were excellent.
A little out of the way from marina,  but only a 10 min or so walk, but perhaps not for the elderly as down hill.
We like a walk.
Nice supermarket across the rd where you can sit outside with the locals.
Will come again, definitely.
I have stayed in the big hotel on the marina,  that had a swimming pool which was nice,  but the rooms no different.
For a couple of days, well worth staying here.
Not fancy but lovely.
Small lounge and bar area was very trendy.

Very negative experience in this hotel. They lost our reservation, asked us to repay e assigned the only free room in the hotel, a room that is usually not given to clients. Of course the room was not fit to host clients. We found a big cockroach and called the reception. The guy that arrived to help us was more scared than us and unable to do anything. More than that he pretended to not have seen the cockroach while it was just there. In the end they found our reservation in the spam, while they pretended to not have received it and blamed the intermediary we booked with. Very funny from a hotel in best western chain. To be avoided.

We (a group of cyclists) stayed here on the last night of our epic N2 Challenge ride.
A nice hotel located quite close to the main areas of Faro, so easily walkable.
Fairly basic rooms but all that you need to be honest, clean and well equipped.  Friendly helpful staff.  Nice breakfast

Mainly chose this place as I don't want to get a hostel with a shared bathroom with others while not paying a fortune just to get a roof and a bed for the stay in the city. This is slightly away from the city center, but the city isn't that big to walk from this spot anyway.

Very comfortable stay, has all the essentials as required, supermarket nearby and many restaurants choices. Walkable distance to almost anywhere in Faro. If I ever stay in the city again, I may stay here again.  It's very close to my tour pick-up spot as well.

It's a best western so you know what you are getting for the value. Rooms very clean and up to date, house keeping extremely friendly and excellent job. The women on the front desk are very friendly and welcoming the men could learn from them.
