The food is a spectacle of gastronomic artistry in ingredients (which are presented tableside & explained prior to dining), preparation, presentation & service.

I downgrade the atmosphere only because the chairs are a little “snug” on my USA butt, and the tables/cloths are quite plain.

A Food Experience
Artistic, changes with the seasons and with innovation.  Definitely deserves it's two michelin stars.
The food was beautiful and it was also actually really really good.  Like, I'm taking some of those recipes home for my dinner parties.
More expensive than most BA restaurants, but also the least expensive 2 star restaurant I've ever been too.
Wine pairing was excellent and local to argentina.
We sat at the chef's table which was definitely worth doing.  It's a little warmer there cause you are literally right next to the kitchen.  But I'd recommend if your making your reservation and you're not sure.  If you're into cooking that is.
They don't do much traditional Argentinian food, which was a nice break if you're like me on vacation and you eat the local foods the whole trip.  I'm not getting pizza when I'm in Barbados, oh but do get pizza in BA, it's really good too.

Aramburu is not a dinner - it is a religious experience. This outstanding team of chefs and front of house colleagues delivered one of the most outstanding meals of my life (and I’ve tried many Michelin restaurants in London, New York, Singapore and Australia). Each dish is expertly crafted both in terms of its presentation but also its visual beauty. The head chef during my visit, Mariano Szatma Szotan, carefully oversaw the execution of each dish to the highest standard - delivering some dishes directly to my table. He was humble, professional and deeply committed to his craft of culinary delight. I would recommend this restaurant without reservation as a once in a lifetime experience when it Buenos Aires. My thanks to the whole team.

Exquisite gastronomy experience. Entire 18 course adventure consisted of various Argentina regions that are fresh and only available during the season. At first I was intimidated by the idea of 18 courses however quickly observed courses are more canapes (1 to 3 total bites). Service is impeccable and everyone is an erudite at their respective position. In reading other reviews pace can be quick but, the hostess reminded us if the pace of service is going to quick let them know and they can slow it down; in total 18 courses took 2 hours 45 minutes but seemed fine.

Very special dining experience. We had a beautiful view of the kitchen and enjoyed every single bite. It’s worth it!
