The most sophisticated and uplifting hotel experience in BA.
The immaculately kept hotel and all common areas is a credit to management.
Our impression and lasting memories from the waitstaff to the butler service will forever be remembered.
The restaurants provided exceptional food and although I often want to experience highly reputable restaurants outside of the hotel which we did we were immersed in flavours and quality of the fresh and flavoursome dishes we savoured from the talents of Park Hyatt,Buenos Aires.
Highly recommend!

We went for a high tea, we had reservation for 3 friends, who only one lives in Argentina the other two, including my self, live in the United States. Nice  location, beautiful building from the “belle epoque” However, the service was less than aceptable. The server was more attentive with who he thought were tourist than with nationals. He took for ever to bring our orange juice and, when we called him, he ignored us, the same happened when we asked him for the champagne.
At the end of our visit I went to the lady’s room and for my surprise there were not toilet paper. I requested to one guy who was near the bathroom wearing some king of uniform and he replied “I’m the security”
In such a beautiful environment shouldn’t they have in that luxurious bathroom several rolls of toilet paper just in case?

Everything was as expected, wonderful property amidst a stunning courtyard in the heart of Recoleta. Great to just walk around Buenos Aires. Food was excellent as was the whole ambience at the hotel. Service was good and helped whenever we needed. Our Garden View Deluxe room was very spacious and I liked the cool bathroom layout.
Only downside was the spa which is dated and the pool is way too cold. Instead of feeling relaxed, we left the spa stressed (as the sauna was always full) and freezing (also there is no warm relaxation room). Apart from that there is no real explanation about settling the bill at the end of the stay. Still not sure if the Online shown rates are including or excluing VAT. At check out you are asked to fill out the VAT exemption form (which we did), so we ended up paying exactly the rate that was shown on the Hyatt Site.
Another point that disturbed a little was that we asked for classic coffee capsules twice instead of decaffeinated ones, however they never replaced them. Last but not least I wished they offered Le Labo toiletries like most other Park Hyatt properties, now they have hotel branded bath amenities which smell nice but seemed like a cost-cutting solution.

This is an easy five star review. One of the best hotels I have stayed at to date. The service here is really what made such a great experience. There was 24/7 a doorman always there to open the door and greet you. Any of the hotel staff would be ready to talk to you and help you at a moments notice. They were all so friendly and spoke pretty good English too. The rooms were fantastic as well. So many amenities and we're constantly clean. The spa was incredible with access to a nice gym, large pool, sauna, and hot tub. This was an amazing experience altogether.

Nice property, great rooms, hughe pool and an excellent a la carte breakfast with a very attentive, polite and communicative young gentlemen who - after our first breakfast - already knew our preferences. A really really good experience!

Wifi could be faster.
