This place is so conveniently located with walking access to beach and beautiful lagoon.

The rooms are decent and you need to find the right tower to get the view. We were in Kalia tower with ocean view and enjoyed the sunset every evening. The Japanese restaurants are in the resort and very good. The shrimp company has amazing fresh shrimp and rice.

2 ABC stores located for your needs and almost all the tours have pickups from the hotel.

I stayed in this hotel in diamond tower on 12/04/24.
Rooms : Seriously need a makeover all you can see is rust stains chipped paint. Highway motels are cleaner than this. Room design are pathetic.

Beds : Dirty beds and sheets even pillows are pathetic. While sleeping I could easily count the springs in the mattress. My wife was worried that kids should not get bed bugs. The mattress and pillows you throw away or donate will be in better condition than this.

Front Desk : they talk very rudely feels like guest are not welcomed . The first negative vibe while signing in will spoil your complete stay.

Valet/ bell boys  : this is is best service in the hotel , I think they smile more than front desk

Overall vibe : If you stay in this property you will feel apartment complex and not of hotel or resort.

I would suggest if you don’t want to ruin expensive Hawaiian holidays avoid this hotel

This stunning complex is so carefully beautiful and has all the things you hoped your vacation would include: stunning views; staff that made you feel you were their only guest; so many choices to eat right there;  unusual shops and beautiful, quality things to buy... we explored and came back to rest and choose a place for dinner.  That was such a restful way to recover from the excitement of the day... the beautiful beach was so close, and the waters were warm... such fantastic scenery.. we will never forget the beauty and warm friendliness of the staff and the we met people there.

We stayed here earlier this year and it was an amazing end to our holiday. We stayed here for a 3 days and enjoyed our time thoroughly. The accommodation was great for the five of us, and easy to get around. Loads of placed in walking distance and we felt very safe.

Location is great, pools are nice as well.
Got little disappointed with the fact that they give only 2 bottles of water per stay mainly to attract people to their 2 hours talk about their Time Share.
Also not very happy with the breakfast credit to be used at Starbucks or only one restaurant (none of the other options were open) in which thy just had Black coffee (not even hot tea) :(
Happy we stayed there but as it is a massive property (like 5 buildings or more) there is no personalisation.
