Great location in the center of Honolulu with live music, a huge pool, and mamy restaurants in walking distance. The elevators and showers could be updated. The showers are very small. Aside from this, we had a great stay, and I would definitely return. Valet was extremely fast every single time and it was impressive. There are sea turtles right at the beach of this property next to the pier every morning, and you can watch the sunrise while seeing them.

Right on the Waikiki beach, the staff was friendly and attentive. They were able to get us in our room a few hours early which was a blessing! Shout out to Rick at the front desk, you were a life saver. The restaurant inside (MonkeyPod Cafe) had good food and drinks. Valet service was fast and friendly, cleaning services were kind, and as a whole we had a great experience with the hotel and all their services.

Awesome hotel!

Staff was so nice everywhere we went (with the exception of one bell desk worker)!

We arrived earlier than we could check in and they held our luggage no problem so we could check out the hotel and get our vacation started. They gave us our pool/beach towel cards upon check in too in case we wanted to use those. We had lunch at the Monkey pod restaurant since we were starving from traveling and it was great and had a great view!

Hotel room was very clean, had a good view of the ocean for a partial room view (8th floor) and was very spacious! We loved the sun simulator alarm clock. Bathroom shower products provided were great and smelled awesome!

Beach access was directly accessible from the hotel just several steps away from where you check in. Beach was clean and stretched for a long ways down so plenty of space to find a spot to sit. There was also a very popular little spot to eat at down by the beach, we didn’t try it but folks around us seemed to like it. There was also a great short firework show on Friday at 8pm at a hotel down the beach that you could see pretty good from the beach area outside the hotel.

Overall this was a great hotel for the price through Costco that included two breakfast vouchers per day at the restaurant downstairs (great breakfast options too + a coffee, cold brew or regular drink), the resort fee included in the hotel and the transportation from the airport.

We would stay at this hotel again for sure!

Very disappointed with this place. We stayed in the junior suite m expecting beach and mountain views however being packed fairly low we were close enough to hear the music from the restaurant downstairs during the evening. Therefore ocean views was minimal. They had closed the pool and were jack hammering throughout the time we were there and room was quite small for suite. Over priced for what it's worth, not much value for money I'm afraid. The images didn't depict the rooms accurately. On a positive the room was a good size however the massive tv placed infront of the window totally blocks any view the was left to see. The staff were friendly we asked if we could be moved but unable to accommodate.

My husband and I went to Oahu for the first time for my birthday- we stayed for a week, and it was fantastic!! We had an ocean front room, and it was worth it! The resort has so many amenities including 2 restaurants- we ate at the MonkeyPod restaurant almost every day!  Mitchell was our server and he was AMAZING!  We asked to sit in his section every time!  The resort is also walking distance to so many shops and restaurants! We had a wonderful time in Oahu and we can't wait to go back!! Highly recommend the resort!!
