Food was good but too expensive. Tapas costed 150kr each. Waiter recommended 3 tapas which turned out to be really expensive. Tacos were too small portions

We went for lunch on Saturday and the place was empty. We ordered pan-tomate, but the bread was not toasted well. The patatas bravas were not fried at that time, so they were cold. For the main course, we ordered paella, one with seafood and another with chicken and chorizo. The menu said the preparation time was 20 to 30 minutes, which makes us think they cook everything fresh to order. But it wasn't like that, it tasted and seemed like they were heating up the food they already had pre-cooked, especially the rice. The food did not have an authentic taste, the taste of good olive oil was missing.
As Mvh Mikael mentioned in his comment, the waiter asked us how our food was, we did not want to comment, after paying the bill, it seems inappropriate to say that the food was not completely what we expected. It's a great place, with a menu that looks attractive, but they need a better chef.

Another thing that needed attention is that the bathrooms were not clean, they don't have changing tables in the bathrooms and we didn't know the place had more bathrooms.

I'm only sharing my experience fairly as someone who paid for their food, so I would hope the owner would consider it as an opinion to improve their service.

Disappointing! Food is very bad. They just warmed up some prepared food from the freezer. The food tastes not authentic Spanish food and very bad.
The Greek guy in service is not polite. The toilets when the restaurant was almost empty were dirty.

Just had the best time at Picoteo! The vibe is so chill, and their tapas are next level.

The service was decent but the food is far from good.
The paella was just flavourless rice with raw garlic, chilli and fried calamari on top. Basically an insult to spanish cuisine.
The calamari were leftovers of squid,
The patatas bravas had no brava sauce and the potatoes were not fried, but cooked in the oven, with skin!!!
The restaurant should either consider getting a proper chef, or sending the current one to a cooking school.
The spanish with a twist turned out to be  that they can't cook it properly.

I don't recommend it, and won't go again...
