Okej!! Det här var bland det godaste vi har ätit!!! PÅ RIKTIGT! Den här pastan ”Caramelle cacio e pepe” som är pasta fylld med ost och svartpeppar i smörsås på vitlök, salvia, citron och vitvin och toppas med stracciatelle, pinjenötter och riven färsk tryffel! Jag säger bara åk hit och testa denna, så god! Till förrätt tog vi ”Pappa al pomodoro con burrata” som är kall toscanskt bröd och tomatsås med burrata, basilika och chiliolja samt Krispiga fläsksvålar med tryffeldipp, full träff! Allt var bra atmosfären, stämningen, maten, drinkarna, vinet och personalen!! TOPPENSTÄLLE! ——————————————————————————- Okay!! This was among the best we have eaten!!! FOR REAL! This pasta "Caramelle cacio e pepe" which is pasta filled with cheese and black pepper in a butter sauce on garlic, sage, lemon and white wine and topped with stracciatelle, pine nuts and grated fresh truffle! I just say go here and try this, so good! For starters we had "Pappa al pomodoro con burrata", which is cold Tuscan bread and tomato sauce with burrata, basil and chili oil, we also took Crispy pork rinds with truffle dip, a hit! Everything was good the atmosphere, the mood, the food, the drinks, the wine and the staff!! WHAT A NICE PLACE!
