Everything about this hotel was amazing. The service was incredible, our dinner in the courtyard was peaceful and delicious, and they upgraded us to a wonderful suite with windows out to the pool patio. The bar was funky and cool! Very tranquil. The room amenities were amazing and they gave us the most delicious chocolate truffles upon arriving with a bottle of sparkling wine. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back and check out other CoolRooms properties. Thank you!

Quite simply the best hotel I have stayed in.
Good central location.
Cozy bar.
Restaurant with imaginative menu and fresh ingredients.
Quiet, luxurious room.
Above all, the most helpful and friendly staff I've ever encountered in a hotel. Nothing was a problem for them.

BEST hotel I've ever stayed in!  Rooms are spacious, clean and have every amenity, including a straight iron!  Dining room is accommodating and food is good - but the main reason for this review is the service, overall.  Every person we interacted with went out of their way to ensure our stay was as good as it could be.  The doorman/bellhop/concierge was amazing... he was everywhere, doing everything all the time!  STAY HERE and be amazed!

He welcomed us warmly, gave us a tour of our amazing room, and provided excellent recommendations for cool places to visit around the city. Since the arrival at this hotel, you knew, there was something special. The welcoming reception and smiley faces really made you feel pampered at home. The room was magnificent. Bed, linens, bathroom, shower and amenities, all were superb. Housekeeping was as it supposed to be with a turn down service included. But at the end, the human factor was the big difference. Simple details which filled with warmth and coziness in this special place. Thank you to all the team.
