Beautiful hotel, great location. Service was very good, got a free piece of cake on my birthday 🎂 the room was stunning and super comfortable.
I would have loved to have a bottle of water ready upon arrival but we did get one a little bit later in the evening.
All in all, an amazing experience ❤️

We enjoyed our 3-night stay here. The rooms were decent and were at least quiet - we got a room around the back which was a bit dark, but not a major issue. They also managed to check us in early which was greatly appreciated. The staff were friendly and the location was brilliant to explore Madrid. The pool on the top is small but better than nothing and the sun deck around it was nice and quiet and well-kept. We'd certainly consider it the next time we are in Madrid.

Excellent customer service. I arrived six hours before my check in and they had a room for me with a view to the main street. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast was also amazing and the staff there friendly and helpful.

For the location, it was on walking distance from
Atocha train station and metro and many attractions were on a walking distance. I highly recommend this place.

We had the pleasure of staying for 5 nights at this great hotel.  Rooms were beautiful and I can’t say enough good things about the staff.  They are all so helpful and kind.  They took great care of us from the check-in to helping with directions to the breakfast room to playing cards in the bar at night.  The location is great too!

Location is pretty good. About 10-15 min walk to center of everything. Rooms are small, even the deluxe ones. Service is great, rooftop pool is nice, there is spa with huge jacuzzi but it's extra money. Rooms facing back street get loud from bars and trash collectors. Overall it's a great and clean hotel, 20 min from airport and 5 min from train station.
