WOW. It’s almost hard to put into words how incredible this stay was. My husband and I were staying here for our honeymoon after a 2-week adventure across Italy. The hotel itself is stunning, beautifully decorated. The staff? Out of this world. Professional. Helpful. Kind. They truly go out of their way to ensure your stay is nothing less than extraordinary. They booked all of our excursions, transportation, reservations, and even ordered us a pizza one night for delivery when we just wanted a night in. 10/10 experience. Don’t even get me started on the views or the food. Breakfast was my favorite. We will be back! BOOK YOUR STAY!

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and it was perfect! The service started a few weeks before our stay and didn’t stop until we got back to the airport at the end of our trip. Whether it was booking private transfers, booking private excursions, setting up a beach day, drinks at the pool, or their service at the restaurant, they ALWAYS took care of us. They are the best!

Oh and the location is perfect! Easy walk to Taormina city center, while not being in the hustle and bustle everyday. Cheap shuttles to the excursions or the beach.

Stayed there in Oct 2024 for 3 nights.  Room is fine but in need of a refresh, and a number of things didn't function properly.  The biggest problem was a recurring squeeking noise in the bathroom plumbing, that we heard in the bedroom all night for the entire stay.  The hotel did send someone in to look, who could not identify or resolve the problem.  Eventually, the hotel owner claimed it was our imagination rather than trying harder to find and resolve the issue.  As a seasoned world traveler to many top-end hotels, I've never faced a situation where the owner of a property denies responsibility and claims it is in the guest's imagination.  In fact, I've never been to a hotel that would dare blame the customer for their problems.  It is incredibly insulting to have a hotel owner tell you that you're imagining something that you can hear with your own ears (and my wife's as well).

I didn't ask them for anything, not a credit, a comp, a refund, etc.  Yet this owner saw fit to blame me for their unresolved problem.  Good location and a staff who try to please, but I'd suggest staying away because they'll be quick to deflect blame if anything goes wrong!!  There are plenty of other nice hotels in Taormina.

Had a beautiful time at Villa Carlotta! Breakfast is sensational, a gorgeous spread of anything you could wish for with the most incredible view over the ocean. The team are delightful and can’t do enough for you! If you’re looking for the perfect place to enjoy Taormina, I couldn’t recommend Villa Carlotta more.

Beautiful relaxing boutique hotel, with delightful rooftop restaurant with fantastic views. It was great for dinner and also delicious  breakfasts. Staff were very helpful especially Francesco, Stefan, Livinia and Grazia.
Highly recommend.
