Exceptional Experience at Taormina Belmont
I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at the Belmont Hotel in Taormina, which was nothing short of extraordinary.
From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped by a sense of elegance and warmth that truly set the tone for my stay. The hospitality provided by the staff was exceptional; their dedication to excellent service surpassed even that of a five-star establishment. Every interaction was marked by genuine passion and care for guests.
The property itself is incredibly beautiful, with suites that exude class and sophistication. I was particularly taken aback by the breathtaking views that surround the hotel, making every moment spent there unforgettable.
I wholeheartedly recommend the Belmont Hotel in Taormina to anyone seeking a remarkable experience in Italy. It truly captures the essence of classy and passionate hospitality.

I accept that when you choose a luxury hotel there is a steep price tag attached to it.  But I still expect good value for the money you pay.
The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are so clean and well appointed .  Ours had the best views of the pool and sea.
My comments are related to the food and wine.
They seem to prefer to serve wine by the glass and probably because they serve a splash, albeit in a gorgeous goblet but literally a splash for which they charge 28 euros for a standard wine.  My advice would be to order a bottle as it's better value.
The food is very rich and just average.  A bit too try hard !
I am always astounded that so many chefs can't cook a good steak.  On our last day we ordered a simple steak with fries and a green salad at the pool grill.  It was grey and chewy with very little flavour.  Not satisfactory at all !

Accommodations and service were top notch.  Appreciate all that everyone did to create such a welcoming environment.  Location next to the theater and to nearby shopping and dining can't be beat.  Views from oversized rooms and public areas are breathtaking.

I had to write this review to say how outstanding and genuinely professional the service was from two of the Grand Hotel staff which I experienced today. Fabio served myself and three friends when we came for drinks and lunch on the stunning terrace at the hotel. I have never seen a staff person with incredible service, honest warmth, genuine care and live of what he does. What a welcome we received and  What an attribute to the hotel team is Fabio. Also to Andrea, they were both so hospitable and could not do more to make our lunch an incredible experience. As a chef and former restaurant owner, I can commend all the staff and management for creating a unique place of utter beauty, style and with honest Sicilian warmth, hospitality and charm. Thank you

Came for a cocktail on the terrace it was stunning and worth the price. Service from single employee we encountered was welcoming and helpful - not so common. We loved our experience.
