When you go to a Michelin restaurant you have many expectations and you will not be disappointed at all.  Classic French historic environment from the moment you walk into the hotel and walk to the restaurant.  From the amazing art work to the stunning restaurant awaits you.  The food experience is second to none.  We dined on Friday evening and just wanted to share the experience.  Enjoy

It’s been 6 years ever since I first saw ‘Le Chantecler’ in 2018.

Never have I thought, I would come this finest restaurant in Nice with someone I love.

1. Food
Either course of the menu would be nice because it is highly likely you would have not experienced this kind of cuisine in this world.

2. Service
Everyone in the restaurant will serve you as if you were the special one. Their manners are outstanding.

3. Atmosphere
If you enter the restaurant, you can see the beautiful view of Nice and the interior of the restaurant matches as well

Don’t know when to come back but definitely the best and perfect place to have fine dining with someone you love.

A restaurant in Hotel Le Negresco, Nice. We ordered 5-course tasting menu. The food was ok, but not outstanding. You can sense spice aroma in some dishes. Bread was really good. The presentation was good. Service was exceptional. Nice ambience.

I came tonight with my fiancé, my little 1.5 year old daughter, this was one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had. The service , the atmosphere , I have to thank everyone that looked after us tonight. I don’t know why you don’t have 2-3 Michelin stars. You deserve more. Kind regards, Ryan Meatchem.

Wow. What an amazing experience. They only do one seating per table per night. It is not expensive compared to a comparable experience in the US. We had the 8 course tasting menu, which was OUTSTANDING. The service was as good as it gets.
