What a lovely place! The food was excellent and beautifully presented and the wines were great. The interior is very stylish.

Although it took some time before our food arrived, we enjoyed our lunch here very much. We did find it a bit odd though that after our server brought the wine bottles to the table and poured our glasses, she just left the opened bottles on our table for more than twenty minutes. We ordered a second glass of wine and I was curious to see if she would pour our glass from the same bottle, but she opened a new bottle.

I got the impression our server was a bit overwhelmed because she was the only server on site. But the great food and excellent wines made up for that.

8 Clos Bistrot bistro-style restaurant in the heart of Beaune. And it's a winner!! It was a great experience delivered by the one-star Michelin chef. Mouth-watering dishes and delightful wines. We were pleasantly surprised by the fair prices too.The customer experience was great too! We were very well looked after.
Will definitely come back to visit Beaune simply to return to the 8 Clos Bistrot!

This is a secret gem without website. But do your best and get table, it is a great experience.
I took the three course menu.
I hadn't got snails on my trip, they were perfect.
Main course I took ris a veau, which is a favourite if they are good. These were absolutely delicious.
My wife got mille feuille of charolet  with foie gras. Also absolutely awesome.
Dessert was creme brulee with tonka beans. Best creme brulee ever.
The restaurant was completely full and even two servings at some tables. There was only one waitress but she in a very calm way provided top service.
A perfect last night in France.

Simply superb. Food ,wine and service wonderful. Finished with green chartreuse. How good!

This is an excellent restaurant for delicious fish dishes at moderate prices.
