I was traveling to Copenhagen from the United States and went to this restaurant with a large group after a wedding.  The atmosphere is charming and rustic, and felt very inviting. we were seated at a very long table that accommodated our entire party that felt very intimate and private. The food was a series of small, artistically crafted dishes, giving a complete meal, but in interesting, pleasing portions. Each round of food felt like a unique culinary experience, and our group enjoyed tasting each thing.  The food and its presentation became a topic of discussion with each because it was so well done. it is not a wonder why this restaurant is Michelin rated and if I’m in Copenhagen again, I would definitely look to repeat.

Host was fantastic! We booked for a group of four (one with a milk allergy) and couldn’t speak more highly of the experience. The atmosphere and service were top notch and each course was a delight! We got the scallops, beef tenderloin, and the dessert and were also brought a couple snacks! Furthermore, they handled the allergy with expertise, and for a fine dining experience in Copenhagen, host was definitely worth the price. If you are looking for an intimate and unique fine dining restaurant, host is definitely the place to go!

We had a great dining experience at Høst. The three-course meal featured dishes with refined flavors and textures, beautifully presented with attention to detail. The service was impeccable, and the decor and lighting created a pleasant ambiance. However, it was a bit noisy due to the large tables, and there was some waiting time.

📝 Cute restaurant with high quality, ambitious dishes. I definitely had a good dinner here although it wasn't among my top favorites.

🍴 Had a 3-course menu (with the cod) and it was more than enough for me, also because we received a little extra treat more than once. All dishes were prepared very well.

📍 Good, central position in Copenhagen. I liked the interiors as well, very green and with wooden tables, not too fancy/pretentious.
