Stopped here on my last day in Copenhagen. I thought the treats were good, but I honestly wasn’t blown away. Mostly sweet breads, I’m assuming it’s the time of year that they didn’t have too many options outside of that. I got there early and there wasn’t a line but as I was eating my pastry a bunch of people came and there was quickly a queue out the door. The area is very pretty and walkable.

This bakery is a definite must-visit while you’re in Denmark! First, the prices are reasonable, which is always a bonus.

The flavors? Incredible! We loved it so much that we came back in the afternoon after having it for breakfast.

There’s also a great variety of options, so everyone can find something they’ll enjoy. And if you see a waiting line, don’t worry—it moves very quickly!

The pastries, especially the classic Danish ones, are to die for—flaky, delicate, and just the right amount of sweetness and toppings. The exceptional quality of their baked goods, combined with their fair prices, truly sets this bakery apart. It’s no wonder this place has always a line out the door, even early in the morning right after they open.

Inside, the space is a little bit small, with limited seating, but the cozy rustic interior atmosphere only adds to the charm. The staff is exceptionally warm and welcoming, enhancing the overall experience. Coffee is also served in this bakery making it a perfect spot for a quick bite.

Suggested by tiktok. The staff is very friendly. This cinnamon roll was absolutely amazing. The cashier said that her favorite was the cardamom bun but i think it was quite too strong for my taste, but it was still cooked to perfection.

For my first cinnamon roll in Copenhagen, I thought I should try it from the oldest bakery in town. My first impression was that it’s definitely less sweet and yeasty than the NA version, with the texture being more bread-like. I have to admit that the outer part was a bit too dry for my taste, but the closer you got to the center, the better it tasted, especially in combination with the cinnamon sugar. It’s a good roll for sure, and the price point is quite low at 26DKK, with plenty of locals stopping by (always a good sign), however I don’t know if I would consider it extraordinary.
