After the end of the COVID-19 pandemic, I visited for the first time in four years. The calm chef and the beautiful Nordic furniture and interior remain unchanged from before. The food was as excellent as ever, maintaining a very high standard. (Red pepper mousse, lobster terrine, a refreshing green cold soup with a hint of acidity, sautéed “TAI” fish, sautéed duck, and for dessert: black chocolate cake and ice cream.) We had four glasses of wine—white and red—and the total for two was 25,000 yen. We were completely satisfied. The chef has truly mastered the techniques and flavors learned during his training, making them his own. The service is discreet and allows for a relaxed dining experience. This is a rare restaurant that offers authentic French cuisine. They are doing "a good job". Highly recommended.

Chef Tamura demonstrates a unique way to create food with exceptional taste and texture. The beef cheek is world class. It has been a very enjoyable experience and also privilege to be served by a world class chef like Tamura san. I encourage all tourists who visit Japan to try French classics at this very cosy and personalized Japanese / French restaurant.

全4品の6800円コースをいただきました。
ディナーでこの価格はかなりリーズナブルです。
その4品とは別で、まず赤ピーマンのムースが提供されます。
想像とはちがい、かなり濃厚でこってりとしています。
前菜は3種からチョイスでき、友人とシェアもOKと言っていただいたので、サーモンとオマール海老のムーステリーヌに。
肉料理は4種から仔羊のローストを。
デザートも4種あり、選ぶ楽しみのあるコースでした。
シェフがお一人で営業されてるので、余裕を持ってゆったりと楽しむのに向いています。
普通においしい。二度目があるかは微妙なラインですが、シェフのお人柄の良さも伝わり、いい時間でした。

I had the 6800 yen course with 4 dishes.
This price for dinner is quite reasonable.
Apart from those four items, the red pepper mousse will be offered first.
It's different from what I imagined, it's quite rich and heavy.
There are three appetizers to choose from, and I was told it would be OK to share with a friend, so I went for the salmon and lobster mousseline.
Meat dishes include roasted lamb from 4 types.
There were four types of desserts, and it was a fun course to choose from.
Since the chef operates the restaurant by himself, it's a good place to relax and enjoy your meal.
It's just delicious. It's a delicate line whether there will be a second time, but it was a great time and I could see the chef's good personality.

結婚記念日に良い感じのお店を探していたら、ビジュアル素敵すぎる"赤ピーマンのムース"が食べてみたくなり、来訪しました。

調べる過程で「料理王国」というウェブマガジン(検索すれば出てきます！)に田村シェフのことが載っていて、"正統派の料理を丁寧に作る"というコンセプトにも惹かれました。

フレンチだけど堅苦しくなく、食べなじみのある味で美味しかったです。落ち着いた雰囲気も好きでした。また来ます！

I was looking for a nice restaurant to celebrate my wedding anniversary, and I came to visit because I wanted to try the visually stunning red pepper mousse.

During my research, I came across an article about Chef Tamura in a web magazine called ``Ryori Kingdom'' (just search for it!), and I was also drawn to the concept of ``preparing orthodox cuisine with care.''

Although it was French, it was not formal and had a familiar taste that was delicious. I also liked the calm atmosphere. I'll come back later!

コースが増えていて、前菜やメインが選べるようになっていました。
前菜のオマール海老は香りまで楽しめました。
仔羊のローストは、臭みやえぐみなどは一切なく、とても美味しくいただきました。

クレジットカードも使えるようになったので、とても便利です。

コスパが良く、どの料理もとても美味しい！
シェフの丁寧さが伝わってくる。
物静かな雰囲気の人だが、料理やワインについて質問したら分かりやすく教えてくれた。
ゆっくりとした食事の時間を過ごせる、良いお店でした。

The number of courses has increased, allowing you to choose appetizers and main dishes.
I enjoyed the aroma of the lobster appetizer.
The roasted lamb was very delicious, without any smell or harsh taste.

You can now also use credit cards, which is very convenient.

Good value for money and all the dishes are delicious!
You can feel the chef's attentiveness.
He has a quiet demeanor, but when I asked him questions about food and wine, he explained things in an easy-to-understand manner.
It was a nice restaurant where you could have a relaxing meal.
