年末に妻とランチを頂きました。
タテルヨシノが4年前に銀座など都内から大阪にお店を移されてから初めての訪問です。

店内は真っ白で美しい内装でした。
以前の銀座店は高い天井が印象的でしたが、こちら大阪店の内観も感動的で非日常感ありました。

私は以下のランチコースを予約していきました。
「Menu Harmonie（ムニュ・アルモニー） with グラススパークリング@12,500円(税込)」

そして実際に頂いたのは以下の料理です。
◯アミューズ: ビーツのムース, コンソメジュレ
→カクテルグラスに赤いジェラートが入っているような料理でした。ビーツのムースの泡泡の食感が良かったです。また底のコンソメジュレと混ぜ合わせるとさらに美味しくなりました。

◯栗のスープ カプチーノ仕立て
→栗とトリュフの風味&香りがとても良かったです。もっともっと飲みたいと思いました。。

◯2種のフォアグラ with マデイラワインソース
→生の物と火を通した物の2種類のフォアグラをブリオッシュとマデイラワインソースと共に頂きました。どちらも柔らかくてコクがあって美味しかったです。あとプレゼンテーションも素晴らしかったです。

◯サーモン
→ピンクのサーモンの上には紫の花、下には緑色のソースが敷かれていました。彩り豊かなプレゼンテーションでした。
サーモンはオレンジマーマレード、レモンのムース、トマトなどが添えられていて、サーモンに酸味と苦味が上手くマリアージュしてました。銀座店でも頂いたので懐かしかったです。

◯ガリシア栗豚ロースト、ノルマンディー風
→ポークの断面は綺麗なピンク色でした。脂が美味しかったです。そしてシードル(りんご)ソースの酸味が良く合いました。

◯国産牛フィレ肉グリル with 赤ワインソース(妻分, +2,000円)
→牛肉はコクがあって美味しかったです。赤ワインソースでさらにお肉の美味しさがアップしました。

◯コーヒーチョコ、ヘイゼルナッツ、アイスクリーム(実際のデザート名はもっと複雑でした)
→コーヒー/カカオの味が盛りだくさんのデザートでした。カカオ系のデザートが好きな私には嬉しいデザートでした。

◯コーヒー/紅茶、茶菓子

ランチといえど、プレゼンテーションが印象的な美味しい料理をたくさん堪能できました。

サービスは約6名のサーバーに提供頂きました。説明時にやや噛み気味の若いサーバーもいらっしゃいましたが、概して丁寧に接客頂きました。

お会計は2人合わせて31K円でした。
ディナー並みに美味しく優雅に過ごせました。
コスパの高いランチでした。
どうもご馳走様でした。

I had lunch with my wife at the end of the year.
This is my first visit to Tateru Yoshino since it moved from Ginza and other Tokyo areas to Osaka four years ago.

The interior of the store was pure white and beautifully decorated.
The previous Ginza store had an impressive high ceiling, but the interior of this Osaka store was also impressive and had an extraordinary feel.

I made a reservation for the following lunch course.
"Menu Harmonie with glass sparkling @ 12,500 yen (tax included)"

And what we actually received was the following dish.
◯Amuse: Beetroot mousse, consommé jelly
→It was a dish that looked like red gelato in a cocktail glass. The foamy texture of the beetroot mousse was good. It also became even more delicious when mixed with the consommé jelly at the bottom.

◯Chestnut soup cappuccino style
→The flavor and aroma of chestnuts and truffles was very good. I wanted to drink more and more. .

◯2 types of foie gras with Madeira wine sauce
→We had two types of foie gras, raw and cooked, with brioche and Madeira wine sauce. Both were soft, rich and delicious. Also, the presentation was wonderful.

◯Salmon
→Purple flowers were placed on top of the pink salmon, and green sauce was placed underneath. It was a colorful presentation.
The salmon was served with orange marmalade, lemon mousse, and tomatoes, and the sourness and bitterness of the salmon were a perfect marriage. I got it at the Ginza store too, so it was nostalgic.

◯Galician chestnut pork roast, Normandy style
→The cross section of the pork was a beautiful pink color. The fat was delicious. And the sourness of the cider (apple) sauce went well with it.

◯Grilled domestic beef fillet with red wine sauce (wife's portion, +2,000 yen)
→The beef was rich and delicious. The red wine sauce makes the meat even more delicious.

◯Coffee chocolate, hazelnut, ice cream (the actual dessert name was more complicated)
→It was a dessert with lots of coffee/cacao flavor. This was a great dessert for me, who loves cocoa-based desserts.

◯Coffee/tea, tea sweets

Even though it was lunch, I was able to enjoy many delicious dishes with impressive presentations.

The service was provided by about 6 servers. There were some young servers who were a bit timid when explaining things, but overall the customers were courteous.

The total bill for two people was 31K yen.
It was as delicious and elegant as dinner.
It was a cost-effective lunch.
Thank you for the meal.
