中国菜エスサワダで贅沢ディナーを堪能！🍽✨

大阪市西天満にある「中国菜エスサワダ」で、ミシュラン一つ星に輝く絶品中華を堪能してきました。ここは、フレンチのように美しくアレンジされた日本風中華料理が楽しめるお店。接客も丁寧で、特別な時間を過ごせました。

まずは目にも楽しい前菜の盛り合わせ。彩り豊かで、一皿一皿が繊細な味わい。特に印象的だったのが、ふわっとした食感のバオ（中華まん）に焼き印が入った一品！見た目も可愛く、もちろん味も絶品です。カリッとした北京ダックもジューシーで最高のひととき。

そして、満腹感をさらに押し上げる麻婆豆腐のセット。辛さと旨味が絶妙で、最後まで箸が止まりませんでした。少し苦しいくらいのボリューム感ですが、どの料理も外れなしで、頑張って完食！

オーナーシェフはテレビにも登場する有名な方だそうで、納得の味とサービス。また特別な日に訪れたいお店です！

I enjoyed exquisite Chinese food that received a Michelin star at ``Chinese Sai Es Sawada'' in Nishitemma, Osaka City. This is a restaurant where you can enjoy Japanese-style Chinese cuisine beautifully arranged like French cuisine. The customer service was polite and we had a special time.

First off, a platter of appetizers that is pleasing to the eye. It's colorful and each dish has a delicate flavor. What was particularly impressive was the fluffy bao (Chinese steamed bun) with a branding iron on it! It looks cute and of course tastes amazing. The crispy Peking duck is also juicy and a great experience.

And a set of mapo tofu that will make you feel even more full. The spiciness and flavor were exquisite, and I couldn't stop using my chopsticks until the end. Although the volume was a bit painful, I did my best to finish each dish without missing a beat!

The owner/chef is apparently a famous person who has appeared on TV, so you'll be satisfied with the taste and service. This is a shop I would like to visit again on a special day!
