Thumbs up for their creativity and flavour. Came there as a family and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. Both the alcoholic and non-alcoholic pairing were on point. Food also came at a pace we enjoyed (not too slow). Pricing was also very decent for what we’re getting. Service was great. The waiter who served us was so kind, he gave my nephew an extra pastry in the end. Will come back on a different season.

オープン当初に伺って、何年振り？2回目の訪問。前回もそうでしたが、美味しいのに印象薄め。中華だと思ってたのに、斬新すぎるメニューの数々。いや、もちろん中華なんですが…ほう、こうきたか！と技術に感心するあまり、味覚としての印象が薄いのか。
価格も少し高いな、と思ってしまいました。
特別な日、記念日などにはオススメかも。

How many years has it been since I visited you when it first opened? Second visit. It was the same last time, but although it was delicious, I was not impressed. I thought it was Chinese food, but the menu items were so innovative. No, of course it's Chinese...oh, here we come! I wonder if I'm so impressed by the technique that I'm not impressed by the taste.
I also thought the price was a little high.
It might be recommended for special days, anniversaries, etc.

年齢がひと回りずつ異なるビジネス仲間の男3人個室で利用させていただきました。

シェフ、ソムリエの方が丁寧にご挨拶していただいて、フルコースをご馳走になりました。

メニューのしかけもとても凝ってらっしゃって、最後にちょっとしたサプライズの落ちを演出してくれます。

前菜からメイン、デザートまで本当にどれも独創的で、食材、香辛料の組み合わせなどちょっとしたバランスでネガティブな味わいになりそうなところをとても繊細絶妙に美味しく料理としてまとめ上げてらっしゃいます。
本当に美味しいし、ビジネスでも、デートでも、友人とでも会話は二の次で料理で豊かな時間にしてもらえるので、どういう場面でも行きたくなりそうです。

名物のちまきもおいしいんですよ。デザートのフィナンシェもやばいです！
個室も程よい広さとインテリアの雰囲気です。

またお世話になりたいです。

I used it in a private room with three male business associates of different ages.

The chef and sommelier greeted us politely and we were treated to a full course meal.

The menu is also very elaborate and creates a little surprise at the end.

From the appetizers to the main dishes to the desserts, everything is truly original, and even though the combination of ingredients and spices may have had a negative impact on the food, they have turned it into a very delicate and delicious dish.
It's really delicious, and whether you're on business, on a date, or with friends, you can put conversation on the back burner and enjoy the food, so you'll want to go there for any occasion.

The famous chimaki is also delicious. The dessert financier is also amazing!
The private rooms are also a good size and have an interior atmosphere.

2022年12月にランチでお邪魔しました。

もともとワインが大好きなのですが、美味しい中華とペアリングしてもらえるということで、このお店を知りました。

お店の中はそんなに広くはないですが、とても雰囲気のある素敵な空間が演出されています。

ペアリングは、ワインのみならず、シェリーや地ビールなども出して頂き、お酒好きにはたまらないランチタイムとなりました。（笑）

料理はひと皿ひと皿の量は多くなく、少しフレンチテイストを感じる料理が多かったです。

これならワインに合うのも納得といった感じでした。

次回は、是非ディナーにお邪魔してみたいと思います。

I visited you for lunch in December 2022.

I've always loved wine, but I found out about this restaurant because they paired it with delicious Chinese food.

The inside of the store is not very large, but it creates a nice space with a very nice atmosphere.

Pairings included not only wine but also sherry and local beer, making it an irresistible lunch time for alcohol lovers. (lol)

The portions of each dish were not large, and many of the dishes had a slightly French taste.

I was convinced that this would go well with wine.

Next time, I would like to visit you for dinner.
