友人が先輩に連れていってもらったお店とのことで、その友人たちと行くことに！
友人が予約してくれました、予約をおすすめします✨
あまり行ったことのない方向だったので、阪急梅田駅から徒歩15～20分くらいの余裕をもって歩いて行きました。
お初天神の東梅田商店街を抜けて、高架を渡り、東西線の通りを並行して進み、Googleを見ながら右手に曲がり、辿り着きました！
地上に看板がありますが、お店の入り口は階段を降りたところにあり、外観からおしゃれな雰囲気があります。

アラカルト方式で頼んでいきましたが、どれも見た目からきれいです✨
お通しからいくら！前菜から白子！
豪華、贅沢！！！
なかなか本格的なお料理たちですが、お店の雰囲気はわりとカジュアルで楽しくおしゃべりが出来ました🙆
ちなみにワインの説明もしっかりしてくれます

個人的には、冬ということで、上海カニ🦀に惹かれました
紹興酒につけてあるとのこと
昔、上海で食べたカニが美味しかったので注文！
一杯4,500円ですが、食べてよかったです！
紹興酒自体はあまり飲めない口なのですが、お酒の風味がカニの生の風味を引き立てていて、大人でしか楽しめない複雑な味です✨
味噌の部分も濃厚な味わいです🦀

そして北京ダック！
こちらはまるごとを4人でいただきました！！
切り分けて提供してくれます
皮と身の部分で味わいが違い、つける薬味も異なりました！
ざらめをつけて食べるのは初体験👀
甘みがほどよくからみ、これも美味しかったので新発見でした👍️

もちろんビーフンも美味しいですが、他のよだれ鶏、麻婆豆腐、パオズ、ちまき、杏仁豆腐など、どれを頼んでも本格中華で大満足でした✨✨

4名で行き、お一人様約15,000円でした！

Since it was a direction I hadn't been to before, I walked there with about 15 to 20 minutes to spare from Hankyu Umeda Station.
I passed through Ohatsu Tenjin's Higashi Umeda shopping street, crossed the elevated bridge, walked parallel to the Tozai Line street, turned to the right while looking at Google, and arrived!
There is a signboard on the ground, but the entrance to the store is at the bottom of the stairs, and it has a stylish atmosphere from the outside.

I ordered it a la carte, and everything looked beautiful✨

Although the food is quite authentic, the atmosphere of the restaurant is quite casual and we had a good time chatting.
By the way, they also explain the wine well.

Personally, I was attracted to Shanghai crab🦀 because it was winter.
It is said to be added to Shaoxing wine.
The crab I ate in Shanghai a long time ago was delicious, so I ordered it!
It's 4,500 yen per cup, but I'm glad I tried it!
I don't really drink Shaoxing wine, but the flavor of the alcohol brings out the raw flavor of the crab, and it's a complex flavor that only adults can enjoy.
The miso part also has a rich taste 🦀

And Peking duck!
Four of us ate the whole thing! !

The taste was different between the skin and the flesh, and the seasonings were also different!
This is my first experience eating it with grains👀
It had just the right amount of sweetness and was delicious, so it was a new discovery 👍️

Of course, the rice noodles are delicious, but no matter which of the other dishes I ordered, such as drool chicken, mapo tofu, paozu, chimaki, or almond tofu, I was very satisfied with the authentic Chinese food✨✨

We went with 4 people and it cost about 15,000 yen per person!
It was a great end to the year with an authentic Chinese year-end party~💮

入口は隠れ家的な感じで見逃してしまいそうな感じです。
ちまきは具が大きく、蒸したてで美味しかったです。
焼きビーフンにしたのですが、コチラはイマイチ。にんにく醤油だけは試せませんでしたが、うーんというのが正直なところ。
なので、ちまきは小さくしないほうがオスヌメです。
今度は汁ビーフンたべてみるかなぁと思います。

The entrance feels like a hideaway, so you might miss it.
The chimaki had large fillings, was freshly steamed and delicious.
I tried grilled rice noodles, but they weren't that good. I wasn't able to try the garlic soy sauce, but to be honest, it was just meh.
Therefore, it is better not to make the chimaki small.
I think I'll try the soup rice noodles next time.

以前、東京の新橋で食べて衝撃を受けたビーフンのお店が、大阪でも食べられる？！という話を聞きつけ、早速行ってきました。この辺り全く未開拓エリアだけど、結構面白そうなお店多いですね。

新橋で食べたい蟹玉ビーフンをなかったけど、焼きビーフンとちまきのセットを注文。焼きビーフンはにんにく醤油をかけていただきます。シンプルだけどやっぱり美味しい！ちまきも相変わらずのボリューム！具材もしっかりごろごろした肉やうずら卵が入ってます。

汁ビーフンまだ未経験なので次回はそっちにしてみようかな。

Is the rice noodle shop that shocked me when I tried it in Shinbashi, Tokyo before available in Osaka? ! I heard about it and went there right away. This area is completely unexplored, but there are a lot of interesting shops.

I didn't have the crab ball rice noodles that I wanted to try in Shinbashi, but I ordered the grilled rice noodles and chimaki set. Grilled rice noodles are served with garlic and soy sauce. Simple but absolutely delicious! The volume of chimaki is still the same! The ingredients include plenty of meat and quail eggs.

I haven't tried soup rice noodles yet, so I think I'll try that next time.

まろやかな酸味がきいたスープ。
ビーフンは焼きしか食べたことないけど、冷かけも美味しい✨
しっとりとしたつややかな
鶏チャーシュー♡
茄子はみずみずしくやわらかい。

楽しみにしていたちまき。
結構大きい！
もちもちとして中には具たっぷり。
豚肉、うずら、しいたけ、落花生。
この落花生が香ばしくていい仕事してる〜
