One of the best hotels I have stayed in. It’s in a very convenient location and everything was great from start to finish.

Upon check in the staff were friendly and were happy to explain anything about the local area and places to see. I booked a family room and it was spacious and had a balcony.

The breakfast had a great variety of food and was restocked regularly. The main hostess (not sure what her name is) worked incredibly hard at the breakfast and was always so kind.

It was quite hot in the hotel at times due to the lack of air conditioning, but I feel that the free ice cream served in the lobby in the evenings made up for this :) Opening windows at night was enough to cool it down. There’s also a coffee machine and free still/sparkling water you can get at any time.

The spa was great as well, it had a hot tub, 2 types of steam room, cold plunge and sauna along with a good sized swimming pool.
Tip: go around 8pm or before 4pm and it will be super quiet.

Overall I had an amazing stay and definitely would return!

Great hotel, lovely rooms & balcony's with views.  parking is good, complimentary ice cream, orange juice, coffees, sparkling water etc.  Spa is great after a days walking. Staff very friendly and helpful.  Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Can't fault at all, would definitely return.

Excellent stay right at the base of the gondola.  Rooms are modern and clean. Hotel has nice facilities with spa, coffee in the lobby and a water fill station.  Above all, the staff were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a fabulous experience here. The staff is friendly and helpful.   Unfortunately, we left some valuable items in the room when we were hours away from the hotel.  The staff found the items and seamlessly provided a means to have them shipped to our home. The spa was lovely and we appreciated the self service coffee/cocoa options.

We had a great experience here. We stayed in one of the apartments and loved the view from our balcony. Aside from the modern lodge vibe (and that view!), what we most enjoyed was the time we spent in the spa area. So relaxing and rejuvenating after long days hiking. A couple "meh" customer service interactions were not enough to knock this down from a 5-star experience.
