Hands down my new favourite restaurant in Stockholm.

We ordered the snails, oysters, mussels, hot wings, tartare and steak anglais. Every single dish was very highly recommend and cooked to perfection.

Great team and service too. A must visit - but make sure you book a table as this place is in demand!

Important to know they have a setup that is a bit different. You order at the counter and the menu is on the wall or online. When you are done for the night you pay at the counter and they take AMEX. So with that out of the way this is a really relaxed and good vibe restaurant that delivers really good food in a neighborhood restaurant feeling.  No surprises and the food is delivered in a straight forward way no big plating creations. The escargot was good and the steak frites Onglet was a new experience and it was like a sirloin steak with a slightly different texture and taste. I like it. Good wine by the glass and we had a great evening.

Hello, the place is tiny , the reception at the bar , so u had to walk inside then to be seated out , the weird things is u had to order at the cashier then go back to sit to ur table again !!! The food was below average, the appetizers : steak tartare was not fresh and too much opinion , the white asparagus tasteless , main course was salmon I got it cold and when I complain they change it , the kitchen exposed to the dinning so u will be smell oil and butter in the end of the dinner , the host was nice the waiter with white hair is not , over priced for such a place I don’t recommend .

This Cantonese BBQ Sui Mei [燒味] specialty shop/restaurant really delivers above expectations. Arriving early on a weekday for lunch meant getting seated with minimal wait—a great start. Three dishes hit the table: roasted duck leg [燒鴨] with lai fan noodles, char siu [叉燒] with soy sauce chicken [豉油雞] on rice, and roasted goose [燒鵝] on rice.

The roasted duck leg and char siu were the clear standouts—packed with flavor, tender, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of char and crispiness. The roasted goose, though tasty, had slightly tougher, rougher meat compared to the duck.

The rice were elevated by the incredible Sui Mei sauce and a touch of ginger scallion sauce, making even plain rice irresistible. The lai fan noodles brought their own charm with a rich, flavorful broth that was especially comforting on a chilly winter day.

Overall, this spot delivers a satisfying Cantonese BBQ experience full of flavor, making it well worth a visit. Just a heads-up—there are two queues, one for takeout and another for dine-in, so be sure to get in the right line.

One downside is the air conditioning, which was blasting on a cold winter day. Whether intentional or not, it made the space uncomfortably cold and caused the food to cool down quickly—far from ideal for Sui Mei since it can turn greasy when cold. A small adjustment here would make the experience even better.

Absolutely spot on cooked meat. The roasted pork was a smashing 9.5/10, particularly special was the sauce that accompanied it. Staff were great as well and if you go at the right time there’s plenty of seating.

I would recommend rice instead of noodles as the soup would make the skin no longer crispy. Drumstick was really expensive. Already expensive without drumstick actually, but it could just be the market price in Hong Kong. We are tourists so not sure of the market price. Dining in was quite cramped as it was a small space. Take out cost $1 more. Char siew was good. Wanted to tried roasted pork but sold out on both days. Maybe it’s really good. Let me know if you manage to try it.

An intimate Kappo owned by the second generation Chef. I was recommended this place by my friend. It was amazing, the highlight of my meal were the Hamo, shimesaba and Gujiyaki.
You have to reserve before coming and also be prepared with some Japanese speaking skills. Very worth going.

Probably not the easiest place for a non Japanese speaker to go to, but an amazing little izakaya run by a really awesome couple. It’s a place of locals and regulars, but they were very warm and welcoming to me and my friends, and the food was great - basic and simple but really well done Japanese food. Definitely going to try to go here every time I visit Kyoto from now on.

Visited on 11/15. A friend of mine who is a foodie introduced me to this restaurant because it was a very good restaurant.
Although it is a counter only restaurant, all the dishes we have eaten are delicious. A beautiful lady who was a regular and was sitting next to me told me that this restaurant is very good at making pottery. Enjoy seasonal ingredients such as red crab and red bean liver. The Thai chazuke at the end has a sesame flavor and is rich but refreshing. The problem may be that I tend to drink more and more. Husband or wife? ’s wonderful smile ⭕️
The prices were also not Kyoto prices.
It's such a wonderful shop, so you need to make a reservation early!

They serve pretty traditional rice with soup and they do a decent job. The gomtang was hot, flavourful, and had tons of meat or collagen, depending on the soup that you chose. The kimchi was okay, but the radish kimchi missed the mark for me. It didn’t taste seasoned because the flavour was a bit hollow. The servers were friendly enough and the food came very quickly. Overall, it’s a decent place to grab gomtang on a rainy/chilly day - but they didn’t really stand out in any way compared to others.

The dishes we had hold up to what you expect and they taste pretty close and authentic to the real dishes in Sichuan. They could be a little spicier for those familiar with Sichuan food but it is probably perfect for most people.

Our experience was perfect and we were not forced out or put on a timer like at some other restaurants. No complaints and we will be back.

First time visiting Gothenburg. I'm looking for something delicious. After reading the reviews, I was wondering if I should try it. Until I saw someone commenting that the rice does not taste salty, I thought it was strange. I have been to any country where I have eaten Chinese food and the rice has never tasted salty.

This is an authentic Chinese restaurant that I came several times. It’s my first time to come during lunch time, NOTE: in weekday lunch time, they only provide noodles, drinks are not included. I ordered chicken noodle with soup. The salad at lunchtime is amazing!
