Honestly amazing food, the steak frites was really perfectly cooked and we really enjoyed outlet starter.
Service was great
Only minor thing with atmosphere is that the location is split half restaurant half bar and towards the end it got pretty rowdy - more so then I’d like during a dinner.

It's a fine dining place with a good ambience, very interesting decor (check out the lamps!) and lots of indoor as well as outdoor seating. There are very limited vegetarian options. I ordered the Chantarelle Toast and Crispy Polenta. They were both quite flavorful. The staff was friendly and the service was really good. It is quite pricey, so I would have a hard time recommending it for vegetarians.

This was such a cool dining experience at really good value!

I booked Brasserie Godot for my husband’s birthday last night - it was recommended to me by a friend so I thought I would check it out. I am vegan and my husband eats meat, but this was the perfect compromise - a three course vegan menu alongside various other mains that suited my husband.

The server was attentive and super helpful - she sat down with us and talked really passionately about the food, which made us very excited to try it, and it did not disappoint!

The vegan courses were delicious and inventive. I’m also allergic to nuts and seeds, and everything was tailored to suit. All the staff were so friendly and the vibe was great. Would HIGHLY recommend!!

We first came here at the bar and were very impressed by the drinks, so we decided to come back for dinner and we were not disappointed! Godot offers a very wide series of options to satisfy all tastes (it also has a vegeterian menu). We ordered à la carte and all the dishes were very tasty and ver well put together. The choice of wine is huge as well, both bottle and glass, and the staff is very warm and friendly. A great experience!

I liked the food and the service. Food was yummy, but not on the level where my mind was blown and feel a desperate need to eat here again.

The restaurant is recommended by many in Stockholm as good and affordable, and while the main courses were indeed marginally cheaper than most restaurants in central Stockholm, the options were quite limited. Which is understandable in order to offer a cheaper price. Drinks, starters and extras were remarkably expensive though.
The meals themselves were alright in taste, but the tofu I got as a starter was overpriced for a 3x3cm cube of something that is by default already quite tasteless and cheap to make.
Atmosphere was plain and not too special, not too bad either.
One of the staff members was a little rude, but another one was really polite.
It was okay, but definitely overhyped.

i always enjoy my meals here! the udon soups are my go-to for the vegan option and they slap. very worth their price and super tasty and comforting. the spicy miso broth wasn’t too spicy (which my poor stomach is thankful for) but i didn’t want to stop eating it! the texture of udon noodles with the practically creamy umami broth was everything i needed on a chilly autumn evening!

we had a pretty early dinner and thus didn’t have to wait for a table - but the restaurant quickly filled up. the decorations of memorabilia from the japanese punk band Guitar Wolf and their music (amongst other punk bands) playing over the speakers really added to the atmosphere that is difficult to find in other parts of stockholm!

Such good food!!! I can see why its rated so well!! I got the miso udon and my mom got a rice bowl and both were amazing! We're definitely going to come back to try the onigiri and mochi ice cream another time but we were too full from our main dishes to try this time 😋

I came here several times with Korean colleagues a few years ago, and I was satisfied with the food quality and atmosphere. So today I recommended this restaurant to my family who came visit Seoul from Taiwan. Unfortunately the Chinese waitress who served us was very rude. She helped cooked the beef. After she finished, she told us to pay her tip directly. I was so shocked to hear that. It's also my first time to hear that after living in Korea for 10 years. Later I requested her to give us new side dishes. She said we have to order more beef if we want more side dishes because this restaurant is "high-class". I've never heard such thing in Korea. Obviously she just wanted to cheat us because she thought we were all tourists. I was outraged and complained to the restaurant owner and manager. They apologized and offered us two bottles of soda drinks. I am very disappointed and regret to come here with my family tonight. I don't think I will come here again. This kind of bad attitude and poor service should not happen in this restaurant.

Excellent quality of beef and the side dishes were very generous. Fresh salads as side dishes. Very good customer service. One of our favorites. (For those who posted bad reviews and complained about being put into a private room and forced to order more, the restaurant staff asks you in advance if you’re having bbq. If not and you’re ordering the basic 1-person sets, you’ll be sitting outside in the main area. Once you’re in the room, it’s obvious you’ll be ordering more than 1 portion of beef per person because each portion is only around 250 grams. They have smaller 100 gram portions on the menu but even my kids eat more than that. So it’s obvious you’ll order more and given how generous the side dish portions are, which are all included in the price, you’ll be ordering more beef. We have 2 adults and 2 tweens/teens in our family and we ordered 4 portions of various cuts of beef plus beef tartare and beef rib soup. With the side dishes, it was just enough. Really good quality of beef and service as the staff cook and serve the beef for you as it cooks so incredibly fast over the hot charcoal!)

Very bad experience. We were first asked if we wanted bbq when we entered which we did. We were brought into a private room and that’s when they started pressurizing us to order the more expensive beef, stating that they’d only serve if we order at least 3-4 portions of beef. Since we were already in their private room, we were pressured to order the meat and when she served us the more expensive meat, she was so unhappy and upset that she threw and slapped the meat down on the grill and said, “There, your 1 portion of this.” Horrible service and was really an unenjoyable meal. The hot stone bibimbap was moist instead of having the char at the end. Will not recommend

Arrived here around 12:30 on a weekday afternoon, there was already a line of about ten people. After about fifteen minutes we were able to get inside and order.
The ramen and soup is very very thick and concentrated chicken flavor. It is similar to tonkotsu but uses chicken instead of pork bone broth.
The taste is very good and price reasonable You can ask for an extra serving of noodles for free.

This is one of the most efficient restaurants in the area; there is a wait/queue but you order beforehand and your food comes almost instantly when you get your table.

There are only 2 ramen choices; spicy or original chicken broth braised. You can pay extra for another egg or extra meat. But the broth, rice (bap), and noodles have free refills!

as an early bird, this was one of the only places nearby that opened early !! thankfully so because otherwise I wouldn’t have discovered this GEM !! the truffle salt bread was delicious and buttery and I got the lavender latte which was also sooo yum and warmed me right up ! service was super friendly and they even let me in early because it was cold !! highly recommend this place :)

We've tried several coffee shops in Myeongdong, and this is the best coffee shop by far.  Their coffee has aroma, and their bakery are good as well. My husband gets hot expresso, with a cup of ice, and I get the Hawaiian Lattee.
