The chef was highly professional, befitting a Michelin-starred restaurant, and the staff were fluent in English. The small sake pairing not only enhanced the flavors but also helped with digestion at the end. From the appetizers to the dessert, it was an enjoyable experience. The sushi, made from local dry-aged fish, offered a unique flavor that redefined my expectations of sushi—a distinctive experience likely only found in Buenos Aires.

Woaw! Words can't explain how much of an amazing experience this Japanese tasting menu is. Everything from service to execution was well thought out and made for a really enjoyable evening.

We paired it with a wine tasting and shared one wine tasting between two, which felt like enough when they also provide you with a sake tasting throughout the menu.

I would really recommend this for anyone in BA looking for a treat night out.

Really good. Great service. English speaking.

However, I do want to come back during my 10 day trip. But from photos, the menu doesn't seem to change enough to warrant it.

But a must eat if you are in buenos aires

Truly incredible.  Service, atmosphere and food all hit the mark.  You won’t regret making a reservation.  Each step of the omakase was explained in detail and was so delicious and cohesive.

Food was great. Excellent quality. However, they were cooking something spicy in the kitchen (I think it was ginger) which made my eyes irritate and I started crying and was super uncomfortable (I was sitting in the chair closer to the kitchen). This affected negatively the entire experience. Due to the price, this type of things should be addressed.
