One of the best fine dinings we had (and we try to go in every vacation in one restaurant, so it was not our first time). Perfect quality of the ingredients, amazingly aligned sequence of courses, exquisite taste - without being overly fancy: It is very refreshing if fine dining is that excellent while working without lobster, truffels etc. Cooking that well with local products is the real art.
Also we want to mention the very considerate and attentive service!
A truly perfect experience we would totally recommend!

We spent an amazing evening at El Baqueano. We had a great Degustation Menu with super interesting wine pairings. The service was top notch and the atmosphere lovely! An experience not to be missed in Salta!

I have eaten all around the world in some of the greatest three stars on the globe. El Baqueano competed at the highest level and produced some of the most beautiful food I have had in a long time. If you love great food, perfect service and a gorgeous space, you have to go here.

We stumbled upon this restaurant on our first night in Salta and were lucky enough to get a last-minute reservation. The communication beforehand went super smoothly in English via WhatsApp.

Once we got there, we were amazed by the interior design and presentation of the food. And OMG, the most impressive amuse-bouche of my life! They are aiming high and delivering an exceptional dining experience. They use local ingredients and take you on a culinary journey through the region. The wine recommendations are also great, and the stunning view adds to the experience. They even gave us a cake for our honeymoon. Nothing more to ask. Go there!

If I could wish for one thing, it would be that the waiters spoke better English to tell us more about the dishes and wines.

Wow, this was a fantastic experience. The food, the service, the explanations of each dish, impeccable. Nothing to improve, we had such an amazing time. Everything fits together perfectly. You feel valued and appreciated here.
