I've been a few times now, and I gotta say, the food is dangerously good at making me want more. They're even open late! I also want the team working there to give themselves a pat on the back. Every time I've been, the service is genuinely positive and it makes eating there a pleasure. I also went there during opening week, and kid screaming sounds will echo in the building (I toughed it out to eat the food while it was fresh, but left that night with a headache). Y'all are doing great! I hope this restaurant sticks around.

This restaurant used to be great and consistent. We got food from there once every 2 weeks and enjoyed it every time but our last 2 experience have been horrible. Last week, they completely messed up our order by giving us 2 plain burgers when we ordered Bronx and Broadway, didn’t give the fries at all, but I get it, mistakes happen. Last night, we were supposed with another horrible burger. Right order but just look at this burger. Why are all the veggies chopped??? and what the heck happened to the patty? Very disappointing. Don’t think we will order again. This is a Broadway with bacon.

I work so close to this restaurant, that I can see it from my window. Since it was Friday and it was a light day at work, I thought I'd check out NY Eats today. I ordered the Gyro platter and a soda. Their fountain machine was down, so had to settle for a bottled drink. I was there for the food, not the drink.

Since I was the only one there, the food came to me within five minutes of me ordering...probably more like three minutes.

What I liked about this dish, the gyro meat was also chopped up in cube pieces, which was great because I could mix up the rice and toppings much easier.

I had a few bites of my dish and let me tell you, it was GOOD! I added a few drops of my side sauces and that added more to the goodness.

I don't know what everyone else are complaining about, but from my own experience, the food was great and I didn't have to wait long for it.

I highly recommend it if you're in the area.

We came in right before closing on a Saturday night! Food was freshly made and super delicious! LOVE the white sauce!! Great service!! We used the self serve kiosk to place our order. Definitely recommend!

Really loved the platters here. Ingredients tasted all super fresh and meats did not have the reheated taste/texture. The sauces are what pulls it all together. I’d recommend sticking with the platters and not the burgers though. Also giving 4/5 for consistency- I referred over a bunch of family visiting Dallas to NYEats based of my experience, and when they went there the food looked nothing like how mine did when I went. If I could have this same exact platter over and over again nothing else on the menu matters!
