First time having vegan sushi. I ordered some rolls but was very disappointed with the rice. The rice tasted like leftover rice: hard and cold. The actual fillings and toppings were quite tasty though.

Also ordered the shoyu ramen. Maybe it’s personal preference but the noodles were a little too soft and limp.

We had a great dinner here before a show. The staff was friendly and our food arrived promptly. We loved our food and will definitely come back and try some other items on the menu. Our favorite dish was the Shitake Truffle Dumplings. We also got the Nutty Buddy Wrap and the Charred Avocado Roll. For dessert we had a special cake and Coconut Mango Sago. All delicious!

What a pleasant surprise!   I did not know this was a vegan sushi place when I first arrived here, and neither did the table next to us, which was four tourists who decided to leave after finding out that there was no fish on the menu. I think this was a mistake on their part because vegan meat and foods have come a long way in recent years and the texture and flavor of these vegan dishes is amazing; if you’re not vegan I’m sure you will still enjoy this restaurant very much.

They also have options like Ramen if you do not want to try the vegan meats.

My friend and I arrived, and we were greeted by friendly staff who were extremely attentive, maybe even a little too attentive for me, and they served us our dishes and meals, MM perfectly.    The Colombian server was extremely nice and recommended which ice cream was the most popular, we tried all three and they were great. The taro had a marshmallow vibe like eating lucky charms cereal.

As far as the rolls go, I will say that the salmon is better than the tuna in general as a meat alternative.  Try it for yourself, you won’t be disappointed.

Fabulous experience! This is what vegan food should be. Everything was delicious. The crispy, sweet chili cauliflower wings were our favorite. The sunny side up tofu "egg" on top of chili noodles was impressive. And delicious! Great, fast service before a show, too.

There are very few times that I want to give a restaurant a 6-star review, but this is one of those times. Beyond Sushi is phenomenal, caring, and friendly service, wonderful atmosphere, and mind blowing vegan food.

The Korean barbecue brisket is crazy good vegan string meat with a moist and mouth pleasing texture.
Their Pork Shumai is better than real shumai.

It is a great restaurant to come to alone or with a bunch of friends to share and try different preparations all at once.

This restaurant truly is Beyond Sushi because they offer so much more than just sushi: wonderful, vegetable dishes, delicious looking ramens,….
