Absolutely incredible. The fried plantains were OUTSTANDING and the broth for the torta ahogada was delicious. The horchata had excellent flavor as well. Everything tasted extremely fresh in terms of both textures and flavors. The food and atmosphere were vibrant and I can’t wait to go back!

Great service, really tasty food. 5 Rabanitos scratches that itch when you want traditional Mexican tacos. I don't live in Pilsen and am still on the hunt for a place as good as this outside of Pilsen, but for now, I can always make the trek here.
The guacamole and salsas were nice, but what stood out is that the meat was cooked and seasoned really well.
The decor is warm and colorful, and the service was attentive and friendly.

Does it cost more than what some of us have been used to paying for tacos? Yes, but maybe we should be paying more for tacos! And you can still find many tasty, no-frills taco places around the city.

In the heart of Pilsen lies this magnificent Mexican restaurant.  We never had Mexican pot roast before, and it was wonderful. The ceviche was also very good.  I had the delicious Pibil, and my horchata was pink!. The place was full and lively, and the service was very friendly.

The online hype for this place is real.  We started with a shared order of Queso Fundido was might be the best appetizer I’ve ever had.

Our entrees didn't disappoint.  I loved my Torta Ahogada.  The carnitas was moist and flavorful and the tomato broth was a perfect compliment.  I ordered one Al Pastor taco which I also really enjoyed.  The Barbacoa de Res was delicious and the portion was beyond generous.

Can’t wait to come back and leave enough room for dessert.  This place was packed on a Saturday afternoon so arrive early or be prepared to wait.

The service here was top notch -we never felt overlooked and the staff were super friendly. Though my order was initially mixed up they fixed it right away. The food was delicious - fresh guacamole, flavorful street corn, and the caldo de pollo was served hot and tasted amazing. The enchiladas were also a hit and everything looked great on the plate. The Horchata was just ok. Large vegetarian menu is available. Portions were generous, and while it's a little on the pricey side, the quality of the food and service made it worth it. The selection of Mexican music added a great vibe. Outdoor seating is a nice touch.
