Some solid pasties here, but not all taste of what they're named after! The lychee danish was super light but the pastry was properly crisp. Lilikoi cheesecake tasted just like a normal NY style cheesecake but was yummy nonetheless. The mango scone tasted just like a plain scone and the cranberry one was also very light, but both were fluffy inside with a crisp exterior.
Overall, favorites were the panna cotta with fresh fruit (refreshing and not too sweet), the guava rose shaped cheesecake, and the pear tart. We do wish that there could be less packaging used - we got individual plastic containers for everything which generated a lot of trash.

Awesome bakery! The desserts are interesting and yummy, and there is a wide selection of the aromatic bread.
I tried a White Chocolate Mango Mousse, and I really liked it. It has a very light texture, it was delicate with the right sweetness. And Chocolate Mousse was delicious, it has the Lalikoi Sauce that softens the strong chocolate taste and gives a pleasant acidity.

$16 for a glorified grilled cheese with thin slice deli processed ham! Way overpriced. Sad. I used to live in area and go there a lot. No more.

Bonjour,
This bakery is quite good (I am French...). The croissants are decent (pretty close from the french standard) but the "Chocolate croissants (=pain au cholocat)" are too much buttered and too small for such a price. For pastries, I still prefer the croissant and pain au chocolat of Kona Coffee Purveyors in Waikiki.

I tried several types of bread and I would say the best one is the Multigrain bread (and you can keep it pretty "fresh" a few days...).
I would more recommend this bakery for the bread than for the pastries but thanks for being in Manoa, Merci beaucoup!

The building has construction so it may be difficult to find the first time.
Found this place by accident while looking for another establishment. So glad we did.
Fresh beads, multitude of pastries, breakfast sandwiches (so yummy), and lunch sandwiches. They serve basic brewed coffee that we haven't tried.  So many gems in this area.
