Tonight’s dinner at Chuan Fu was a delightful experience. The fish fillet with pickle cabbage  soup was the highlight—delicious, fresh, and made with high-quality fish. The soup had just the right balance of vegetables, making it a perfect choice for those who prefer lighter, healthier meals without any frying or added soy sauce. Honestly, it tasted much better than it looked.(I forgot  to mention   that soup is spicy, but I ordered  mild) And big enough  for 2 people !

We also tried the Crispy Pork Knuckle, which was great for (Asian) pork lovers. The skin was perfectly crispy, making it a satisfying dish for those who enjoy a crunchy texture. Overall, it was a wonderful meal with something for everyone.

The most authentic Sichuan restaurant I have ever been to in the US. I was so impressed by the hot pork kidney. The heat was so intense even 10 minutes after it was served, a well demonstration of the name 火爆！！！ Other dishes were also way beyond my expectations, including the beef noodle, hot spicy potluck (麻辣香锅)，pork stomach etc. There are a lot more items on their menu that we wish to try but didn’t have enough time. Will do it next time when visiting Orlando. Overall this restaurant is A+++++!!!

Make sure you know food is spicy:)!! But it’s our favorite Chinese restaurant of the area and we love it! Service is great, you don’t wait long for the food a staff are nice and friendly. Beef, fried rice, all the warm dish pots with beef, shrimps and so on are all Great Options! The menu is pretty long so you’ll for sure find something you like. They can also suggest you things you don’t understand on the menu. Enjoy! Definitely approved! It’s our second time already and we live 5 mins away!

Authentic and comforting Sichuan food guaranteed to set your tastebuds ablaze! A fine dining experience with indulgent plates and a serene atmosphere. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend the Spicy Beef Brisket Noodle Soup (with a side of refreshing cucumber salad to help offset the spice), Tofu with Crab Roe and Chongqing Style La Zi Chicken. Their menu is clearly constructed in an intelligent and thoughtful manner, which makes me excited to try new dishes the next time around! I recommend visiting this establishment with a group of family or friends, each ordering a distinct dish so that you can sample all the sublime bites they have to offer.

Some of the better Chinese food I’ve had in Orlando. The service was excellent . We were promptly seated; our server was attentive and answered all our questions about the menu. Indoor and outdoor seating available. The food was fresh and delicious- the perfect balance between flavor and spice. Definitely will return!
