The best sushi I’ve had in many years, and the best sushi experience I’ve had maybe ever. David was phenomenal as a host and a chef, and even the non-fish eater in our group had several pieces and enjoyed them. Looking forward to returning.

Norigami is simply spectacular, truly living up to its Michelin Bib Gourmand status! We began with the toro carpaccio and chef’s choice sashimi—both incredible and setting an impeccable tone for the Omakase journey that followed. Each bite was a delicate yet intense burst of flavor, with every piece outshining the last. The only reason we didn’t give full stars is that the experience felt slightly rushed toward the end to stay within the 90-minute window, and the drink options were somewhat limited and had to be ordered from a separate location; a broader sake or wine selection would have elevated the experience even more. Nevertheless, Norigami is a true gem—one we’re excited to return to for its remarkable attention to detail and mastery of flavors.

Norigami is an absolute gem! Chef David and Austin provided an unforgettable dining experience that my wife and I will cherish. I indulged in the 10-course Omakase, which is meticulously curated by Chef David. Each dish was a revelation, with flavors that exploded in my mouth and textures that melted like butter. Chef David even took the time to confirm our preferences before starting, ensuring a personalized experience.

My wife ordered off the menu, and each bite she took was filled with delight. The attention to detail and the quality of the ingredients were impeccable. This is a culinary adventure everyone should experience at least once. Trust me, once you visit Norigami, you’ll be eager to return. Highly recommended!

Chef David presents the biggest surprise Downtown Winter Garden has to offer…sushi extraordinaire!  Having reviewed hundreds of sushi eateries and bars, Norigami has skyrocketed to the top of our list. Worth the wait to get in. You will be amazed!  Sushi Guys Intl.
