I had the pleasure of being assisted by one of the receptionists at the East Hotel in Miami,  Patricia. And I must say, her service was absolutely outstanding! From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm smile and a professional yet friendly attitude that instantly made me feel welcomed.

She went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was seamless, patiently answered all my questions, and even provided great recommendations for things to do in the area. Her attention to detail and genuine desire to make my stay enjoyable truly stood out.

It’s rare to come across someone who is not only excellent at their job but also exudes such positivity and care for their guests. She’s a shining example of what great hospitality should be. I’ll definitely be returning to the East Hotel, and her outstanding service is a big reason why.

Such a nice hotel. I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the outstanding service of Patricia Gonzalez. She was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.
What stood out the most was her solution-oriented approach and how seamlessly she handled every request with a smile.
Looking forward to visiting again soon.

This is my fourth time at East Hotel. I have stayed in single, family, and double rooms. East service has ensured that all my rooms have stayed clean, well-supplied, and frequently cared for. The location is fantastic, the food is delectable, and the view in Sugar and the T-room is amazing. I would like to personally thank Evelyn Mendez for her hospitality to me and my family. She has provided us the guidance needed to enjoy the hotel carefree. I confidently and absolutely recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.

We went on a weekend getaway to enjoy ourselves and have a good time. The hotel is in a good location and the suite was comfortable, but everything else is below average.

Upon arrival, the valet were attentive but there was no one to help us to get our bags to our room. The valet had to improvise and help. There was no one to take our bags, so eventually the person that checked us in, took our bags up to the room.

The reception staff is not attentive and they seem annoyed to take care of guests. We had to ask if someone could check us in, since no one offered!

The hotel has a cafe, restaurants and bars. There are 2 sides, so there are guests that get confused navigating the building. It is connected to a shopping center and close to restaurants, so that is convenient.

The value of the suite for how much it costs is not worth it. We did not get housekeeping  and had to ask for it. When we got it, we didn't get extra toiletries or enough towels for the remainder of our stay.

I had stayed at other hotels in different price points and I have had better service and value for what is paid.

The hotel offers beautiful and modern apartments, perfect for setting up decorations for both proposals and birthday surprises, especially if you're traveling. The staff is incredibly attentive, and the location is very convenient, in a super modern area with stunning high-rise buildings. It’s an ideal space to create memorable moments with elegant decor.
