Amazing property in south beach! I love the service and the food! The rooms are amazing with great views of the ocean and sunrise. The beach is nice and there is a lot of space. The pool is by far my favorite with amazing people working by the pool! Definitely make a visit atleast once a year. Cannot wait to go back!

This place lacks sophistication of a Ritz. I’m actually surprised this is a Ritz Carlton. It felt kind of ghetto.

I’ll share a few examples:
The bell boy was shouting down the lobby as I was saying hello to my friend who just arrived. He kept say “yo yo yo “ to get his attention that his luggage is ready to be delivered to his room. I asked him to please stop doing that.

The poolside furniture has not been cleaned in weeks if not months, there are like old bird poop stains on the patio coffee table, which I saw daily.

I had to ask on multiple occasions to multiple waiters to please clean dirty dishes off the table so I can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. None of them paid attention. I finally had to go get a manager. Even then, they took a few of the dirty dishes and left some of the other other dirty ones there.  I really think your staff needs training and instructions to clean the table of dirty plates, especially before bringing out new dishes.  This is restaurant basics 101. Please please Don’t bring out new dishes and then stare at your patrons to magically make some room at the table, do you expect me to pick up the dirty plates and deliver them to your kitchen to help you out?

at the bar to get a cocktail, it wasn’t that great either . Felt ghetto. Just lacks the class I expect from ritz Carlton. I was asked “ what do you want man?”

Addendum:
Mr. Tony please don’t give me feedback in such a twisted manner. This is not about my expectations not met. This is about Ritz standards that are not met. There is a difference. Till you understand that, nothing will really improve.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing experience at The Ritz-Carlton Miami. He booked a pool access room for my birthday, and it exceeded all expectations—spacious, impeccably clean, and perfectly located for easy pool access.

Luis at the concierge desk went above and beyond to make the stay special. He surprised me with a thoughtful birthday gift, which was such a memorable touch. The pool staff were attentive and always available to assist with anything we needed. Room service was prompt and efficient, though a small tip—be sure to request American ketchup if you’re not a fan of sweeter international versions!

A special mention goes to Lara at the front desk. When unexpected rain threatened to derail our plans to explore the city, she quickly arranged an umbrella for us, ensuring our evening was still enjoyable.

Having stayed at numerous luxury hotels in Miami, I can confidently say this experience stood out. The attention to detail, exceptional service, and overall ambiance made this a trip to remember. I can’t wait to return!

I'm writing to share my feedback on the recent New Year's Eve Gala held at The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami. The venue itself was beautifully decorated, and the food quality was excellent. As a non-drinker, I was disappointed by the lack of non-alcoholic drink options and sparkling water. While the band was good, it wasn't particularly memorable.

I was most disappointed by the advertised cabaret show. The entertainment provided did not meet the expectations of a cabaret performance and was not at all engaging.

Additionally, the valet fee was supposed to be included in the ticket price but seemed not to have been. Overall, I felt the event was significantly overpriced for what was offered. The company's misleading marketing was regrettable, especially for an event associated with the Ritz-Carlton brand.

As always this property is an amazing experience with wonderful people. Everyone that works on property is so friendly and attentive. Gustavo is exceptional at the valet - he is so friendly and helpful. Really goes above and beyond to give guests a stellar experience.
