Overall - this was a pretty nice stay.  Nice rooms, interesting decor and pleasant and professional staff.  The rooms are well done, with the beds on a  platform which adds some some coziness to the atmosphere.  The tv was enormous and great picture.  My deck was city view - but huge...could have my own party on it.  Dined in almost every venue they have, and all were very good.  The rooftop bar is great - super views, nice seating - nice place to hang out.  Easy walk to other restaurants.  The gym has a lot of boxing equipment and well appointed... Was here on business and the meeting rooms and food were very good and managed well by the staff.  The video/presentation set up was one of the best/easiest I've used in awhile.  I would definitely stay here again.  Side note - always some great cars parked out front....

I absolutely love 1 hotel franchise, it’s an amazing experience from check in to check out. I arrived 7 am, way beyond before my check in time, exhausted from a red flight after work. The gentleman at the front desk from NY accommodated me right away, helping another fellow New Yorker. He got me into a beautiful room with a view of the pool. Every staff member I came into contact were all lovely and professional. Now the amenities, phenomenal! The pools, pool bar, rooftop, beach service, restaurant are all  just wonderful. It’s truly an amazing experience here and I did not want to leave. I recommend 1 hotel always, and look forward to coming back again.

OVERVIEW:

Amazing atmosphere!

People keep to themselves and are fairly respectful.  The cabanas provide privacy, but they usually get filled up fairly quickly.

SUMMARY:

Clean, same people, Classy for Miami standards.  I enjoyed relaxing by the pool with direct access to the beach.

I have been staying at this hotel for the last few times I have visited Miami. My family and I have always had a great time there. Until the last time, the first day turned into a nightmare. We were at the family pool located on the 3rd floor if I am not mistaken, and I decided to go into the pool with my baby and I took my watch off my wrist because the strap was made of leather and could be damaged by the chlorine in the water and I gave it to my mother to keep in the bag that was on the chairs. We were distracted there because we were on vacation and not worried about the worst. When I went to check the bag, they took the watch and all the cash that was inside. My mother had put everything at the bottom of the bag with many things on top so that no one would see it, but yes, someone went there and rummaged through it and stole it. I called the security guard, the employees who were there, and the manager talked to me and all they told me was that there were no cameras in the pool and that they would do a search of the movement coming in and out of the place to see if they could find anything. They said that they would get back to me within 48 hours, but it's been more than 10 days and nothing, no calls or emails. I should have called the police right away, but since I was with a baby, I decided to do it online. My review is to show my disappointment with the management for their carelessness with the guests and also for those who are here reading, be doubly careful if you stay there and leave your things alone. Be safe.
