I would like to preface this by saying I only give reviews for places that genuinely deserve it. I came here for some drinks with my friends on a Friday night and we had no reservations, but were seated immediately and well accommodated the entire night. The lobby staff, hostesses for the pool bar, as well as the bartenders provided incredible service. Our bartender for the pool bar, Harrison, was exceptionally impressive and made our experience worth reviewing. He went above and beyond and deserves all the praise!! I will definitely be coming back here whenever I get the chance.

I can’t thank them enough for hosting our CONNECT event in such a beautiful, welcoming space. From the moment guests arrived, the setting elevated the experience and added a sense of elegance that set the tone for the day. Their team went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, allowing us to create an inspiring atmosphere that connected our community in such a memorable way. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this spa! From the moment we arrived, front desk staff and valet were prompt and helpful. When we got to the second floor, Sydney and Ebnu at the front desk made us feel incredibly welcome, even greeting us with a thoughtful birthday message. We arrived early to enjoy the amenities, and I had to take a quick business call. They were so accommodating and made sure I had a quiet space where I wouldn’t disturb other guests—such a nice touch!

The lounge area was pristine, relaxing, and the perfect environment to unwind before our treatments. My massage with Kristen was amazing—she had just the right pressure and a wonderful bedside manner. I would definitely request her next time I visit!

After our massages, we spent some more time in the relaxation station, and when we came out, we were greeted with a birthday card and chocolates, which was such a sweet surprise. We were also hungry and asked about dinner options. Sydney was a superstar, securing us a reservation at the Michelin-starred restaurant, Lilac, with 20 minutes to spare!

The entire experience was top-notch, and I can't wait to return for another service. Highly recommend this spa for its exceptional service, thoughtful touches, and overall relaxing atmosphere!

The lobby at night takes on a completely different vibe. I understand it's a downtown location, and maybe the combination of the spa and a Michelin-starred dinner had us feeling particularly relaxed, but the atmosphere shifted drastically. The lobby became loud and chaotic, with groups yelling, swearing, and focusing more on finding the perfect Instagram photo than on respecting the space or other guests. It was a sharp contrast to the calm, curated ambiance the hotel clearly worked hard to create, detracting from the overall experience.

My daughter and I were in Tampa visiting schools and last minute we decided to book The Edition Tampa.
Our experience was more than positive.
The staff from the valet team to the front desk were professional, polite and always eager to help.
Big clean rooms, beautiful pool with a great vibe in a cool new neighbourhood.
Special mention to Dickson the concierge that looked after us and made the stay memorable.
We will definitely be back.

I booked this hotel due to the amazing time we had the Miami Edition and usually seek out their brand when traveling. While the smell and aesthetic is the same, the overall customer service was awful.

It first started with check in where our rooms were not available even though we were checking in at 4 pm. I had booked and paid for three rooms for 3 nights so approx. $5,000 for the weekend. They needed some more time so they gave us credit at the bar while we waited. Over two hours later we were still at the bar and needed to go back to the front desk and inquire again. Rooms were still not available.

$100 credit is nice for a 30 minute delay but not for over 2 hours and for changing our plans for that evening. I understand that shit happens but then actually make up for your mistake. I tried to get a hold of a manager when I checked out and was assured they would be in touch with me. Ghosting your customers is poor form for a luxury hotel of this caliber.
