I'd call it fast food barbeque.  Pretty good first experience.  They forgot to add the sauce but I'll forgive them for that.  The brisket is about as good as you can get.  We sampled several sides and all were awesome.  The fried okra is the best I've ever had.  Forgetting the sauce cost a perfect score but I'll definitely go back.  Btw, the staff was incredibly nice and professional.

I had high hopes for Dickey's Barbecue Pit in Pensacola, FL, given my great experiences at the Marianna location. Unfortunately, my visit on a Friday at 12:00 pm was quite disappointing. Despite the bustling lunchtime crowd at surrounding restaurants, Dickey's was nearly empty, with only one other customer and a single employee behind the counter.

The food was the main letdown. The meats were dry and lacked flavor, a stark contrast to the juicy, well-seasoned barbecue I had previously enjoyed at the Marianna location. The prices are reasonable, considering the rising cost of meat and the size of the establishment, but the quality just didn't match up.

I really wanted to love this place, but the lackluster food leaves much to be desired. Hopefully, there are better BBQ options in Pensacola to explore.

Let's me start by saying the food was amazing!!! Our order included ribs, loaded bake potato, 10pc wings, and fried okra.  The ribs you could lick off the bone, and their wings are cooked to perfection. Okra was really good, and their loaded bake potato was 😋. Decent location and fair parking are also in the same parking lot as Wal-Mart. Staff was very engaged and helpful. At that moment, we were the only customers, so I was a little hesitant, but the food was exceptionally well. 4star is from deciding which table we could sit at seeing crumbs left on numerous tables. Will definitely give Dickeys Barbercue another shot.

Good family atmosphere here. Staff seemed friendly. Tall guy with dreads who was cutting meat was working extremely hard to process orders. I will say and it’s my opinion, that the meat needs more seasoning . Other than that, all was good. Kids eat free on Sundays and ice cream is complimentary. Portion sizes were good. I enjoyed.

Staff very friendly! Food is pretty good for BBQ chain. Really good deal and discounts if you sign up for text messages (worth it!). If your feeling some fast BBQ, go check out Dickey's!
