I used to work for this company under telvista I did not sign a non-disclosure agreement I did not sign a non compete clause. If you’re thinking about investing your money your time your executive statue and company resources into this company claro.

I highly recommend against it, do not sign up with any of their services the company is spending more money then they can make hand over fist in fact they need your money in order to stay afloat they hire more sales representatives more than they care about making money the management doesn’t know what they’re doing they would rather let people go or fire them then make money

They choose favoritism over a good sales representatives that is actually bringing in deals and after they fire them they take those deals for themselves very shady management but that's OK they don't close the deals i do and that's why non of those deals will not close without me, when a customer wants a quote that’s actually ready to buy upper management, like the pre-sales engineer. doesn’t really care about the quote and take their time they leave money on the table this company will go out of business soon they do more hiring and firing then they do acquisition and revenue.

This is not a good company I would  stick with other  well known companies do not sign up or engage services or take on any products from this company they are bad news and they do not have your best interest at heart, especially if they treat their employees at telvista like trash.

No compren celulares en Claro. Es terrible el servicio!!
Compré un celular (LG K 41 S 32 G) por $492.000 pesos colombianos. Me llamaron para entregarlo en otra ciudad y allí comenzó mi pesadilla. La dirección y la ciudad de entrega, la asesora Paula Avendaño la puso mal. A los asesores de ventas, los de servicio al cliente y los que atienden en el centro de atención fisico, les rogué que corrigieran la dirección y ciudad, pero ninguno lo hizo, no se cuál es la dificultad en cambiarla. Me he desgastado llamando día a tras día y he hablado con varios asesores que no me han resuelto nada. Llegaron al extremo de decirme que llamará a la empresa de envios para solucionarlo yo, lo cual tambien hice pero nunca contestaron en el telefono que me dio la asesora.
Osea, me pusieron a hacer el trabajo de ellos y ni asi se resolvió
Se supone que uno paga por un producto y espera recibirlo, asi de simple.
Y si se presentan problemas, el vendedor debe resolverlos, no el comprador!!
Han pasado 2 semanas y aún mi papá no ha recibido el celular, nadie me responde y no me dicen que va a pasar con mi dinero.

Esto es de no creer que pase!!! Ojala lo lean en muchos lugares para que no les compren celulares de esa forma porque como yo, van a  sufrir mucho.

Do not buy cell phones at Claro. The service is terrible!!
I bought a cell phone (LG K 41 S 32 G) for $492,000 Colombian pesos. They called me to deliver it to another city and that's where my nightmare began. The address and city of delivery, the advisor Paula Avendaño, put it wrong. I begged the sales advisors, customer service advisors and those who work in the physical service center to correct the address and city, but none of them did, I don't know what the difficulty is in changing it. I have worn myself out calling day after day and I have spoken to several advisors who have not resolved anything for me. They went so far as to tell me that they would call the shipping company to solve it, which I also did, but they never answered the phone number that the advisor gave me.
I mean, they made me do their work and it didn't even get resolved.
You are supposed to pay for a product and expect to receive it, it's that simple.
And if problems arise, the seller must solve them, not the buyer!!
It's been 2 weeks and my dad still hasn't received the cell phone, no one answers me and they don't tell me what's going to happen to my money.

This is incredible! I hope they read it in many places so that they don't buy cell phones that way because like me, they are going to suffer a lot.
