What a lovely day finishing with dinner at Mirabelle and pow day on the slope.
Great food presentation and wine selection.
Definitely recommend the Foie Gras and lobster bisque!

Mirabelle is an excellent restaraunt and it is easy to see why it is Michelin recommended. The dishes are beautifully prepared, not a single dish doesn’t meet the eye. Highly recommend the Foie Gras and elk tenderloin. The experience is one of the best you can get in Vail or Beaver Creek.

Mirabelle was a phenomenal culinary experience!!  We went here while in Avon, CO with a dear friend. We were climbing a 14er the next day so we only did mocktails.

Lobster bisque was light and creamy. Foie gras was divine. The elk tenderloin was the best anywhere.

Topping dinner off with chocolate fondant tied the beautiful meal together.

Truly a spectacular Michelin restaurant!!  Bravo!!

This is everything you'd expect with a fine dining restaurant! Beautiful location, great service and amazing food. The foie gras is to die for cooked perfectly alongside a caramelized pear and salad. Highly recommend the elk tenderloin and Denver Sole fish. Definitely the best restaurant I've tried west Colorado.

Mirabelle is now one of my favorite restaurants in Beaver Creek. We recently celebrated our wedding anniversary here and it was wonderful. I ordered the Tuna and my husband order the Lamb. Both were delightful and the service was exemplary. Parking is easy and the ambiance of the restaurant is very nice. You'll enjoy this local favorite!
