2-pack - Princess Cookie + Milk Chocolate Chip / 5⭐!

I had heard about Crumbl Cookies for a few years and I knew they had been expanding into LA for quite some time but until recently, I hadn't tried them out. I happened to randomly be nearby one of their locations and felt inspired to stop by.

The store shared a parking lot with a grocery store so there was lots of parking which is always a plus. The decor and the logo are fun and colorful. I love the concept that they rotate new flavors in and out weekly. If I was closer to one of their shops, I could see myself going back to try more flavors. There was one woman working in the store and in between customers, she looked busy preparing and baking more cookies. Even though she looked quite busy, she was also quite nice and helpful.

For the cookies, they have two sizes, mini and regular. For my personal tastes, the regular is a perfect size. It is a large cookie but not overtly large. I felt good about trying two of their flavors without worrying about too much of a good thing. They pride themselves on fresh baked products, which I also appreciate as a guest. I know cookies can sit on a shelf if needed, but having fresh cookies as part of the company values is a nice touch.

I had to try their classic milk chocolate chip because that is the gold standard for any cookie shop. It was excellent. My second cookie was a pink frosted Princess Cookie. I wound up with this one because I was interested in trying out a cookie with frosting. It did not disappoint!

The cookies were also fresh and aesthetically appealing. All in all, an excellent cookie and I'll make an effort to try more of the huge assortment of flavors while visiting other locations around LA.

This was my first time at a Crumbl. First and foremost I will say that the Ultimate Peanut Butter cookie I had was pretty mid. The size and pricing was not an issue, but I was expecting the flavor to make me a fan and come back. I probably won't go back to any location. If you have seen my review for SusieCakes Flourless Peanut Butter cookie, you will see that they have made me a huge fan souly because of the flavor. In fact I crave a Flourless Peanut Butter cookie right now.

Keep in mind this review is only for the Ultimate Peanut Butter cookie. Maybe they have better cookies but I don't do anything but peanut butter based cookies. So please feel free to try out anything else on the menu.

Other than that, the location is clean, lit up and the staff is okay. I'm not sure if every single Crumbl operates the same, but to place an order in person you need to use a kiosk at the counter which is easy to use. The cookie(s) are served immediately.

Such a great experience ordering my cookie! The workers were kind enough to help determine which cookies are best for me or their personal favorites. My cookies were so del. Definitely coming back another time!

I was so excited to come here with my family. We came in. There were 5 people working here and not one came to help us. There was a guy with glasses and headphones on. We asked him a question about the cookies. He nodded and didn’t even turn to regard us. He was so rude it made us really upset. The box was thrown at us at the end, no kindness here. A lot of rude gestures and energy which is really not what I had expected and makes me very disappointed. I hope the staff changes their ways and can be happier.
