Family member got diarrhea immediately after eating your garden salad.  She didn't even get to enjoy her char burger and green beans.  The salad was slimy at touch she was saving half for the next day but we tossed it out.

Food was ok. I am accustomed to some atmospheric music at The Habit but this place is so quiet I could hear myself chew. Not to be picky but you look forward to a certain ambiance.
Restroom smelled sewerdly.

Habit's awesome... I find it to be the best burger around, it's not crowded, it's nice to sit inside as it's always clean, staff are friendly, it's not lit up like a Walmart inside and instead just feels comfortable. I love their fresh lemonade and tea flavors. Nic has always been really friendly and helpful as has everyone else, just don't recall other names at the moment.

Skimpy burger with way more bread than meat, skimpy on fries that are also burnt to a crisp that are rock hard and inedible & a very skimpy overcooked chicken salad with barley any chicken for $27. Used to love this place but I think I’m over it now. Sadly I live 15 minutes away and didn’t see it until I got home otherwise I’d as for a refund. They shouldn’t be charging as much as they do for this nonsense.

The guys working tonight were super sketchy, shorted us 2 whole patties and some sauce, and we didn’t know this until we got home an hour away.
They also did not text us when our order was ready like they said they would, we had to go to the counter and check ourselves.
I did actually notice that there was only one ranch in the bag at the pickup so i said something, the cashier assured me all the ranch I paid for was there (I later found this to be untrue) and in order to get more I would need to pay $0.60 each extra so I took his word for it. This was clearly a mistake.
They literally gave us an empty burger that was supposed to be a double but they put no meat whatsoever in it.
They also shorted us at least 2 ranch which we paid for.
The only thing they got right was our sides, which weren’t very enjoyable without the ranch or burgers that we paid for but did not receive.

I’ve heard from people who work here that drinking on the job is tolerated and even encouraged, and that seems to have demonstrated itself based on the quality of food and service tonight.

I’ve eaten here before and it was great, but whoever was cooking/bagging tonight needs to be fired to be honest. Not impressed.
