I was skeptical at first (there's a bit of a learning curve to the online ordering), but once you figure it out it's really easy to understand. I actually appreciate the level of customization that you can do to each set of meals. Food is also really tasty. I highly recommend you give this service a shot, and I love that it's local.

I'm not sure what to say except THANK GOODNESS!!  I found a way to food prep without trying to figure it out on my own.  I've been trying to get healthy and going to the gym isn't a problem but food prepping for myself is.  Macros and figuring out the right measurements just isn't my thing.
I ordered the 21 meal plan for weight loss and paid a small fee to make it Keto friendly.  I am very happy with the packages I got.  I was very afraid there would be some hidden grain or rice.  Definitely not.  This company knows what to put together!! I'm pretty happy I found this company.  I don't know the owners, I just heard about them through word of mouth and they make ordering online very easy.  When I picked up my meals I talked to a friendly guy who explained in more detail the company and how things could be even more customized to whatever my health goals were.  Which is great to hear.  DEFINITELY WILL RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO FRIENDS :)
