Found this place on a recent trip to Fort Payne, Alabama.
Never got the chance to eat lunch or dinner but the Breakfast is an Amazing Deal! Grits are thick and Buttery, Great Gravy Biscuits, Eggs were light and fluffy!
Staff was fun and super friendly!

Update: I appreciate Jason Morrow, a manger from the location I visited, reaching out to me to make my order right. He was delightful to talk with. Jacks around for several decades for a reason, good employees and (normally) good food. Jacks PLEASE bring our regular fries back

Stopped for lunch, got 2 3 piece chicken fingers and fries. Fries were old & nasty. So $7 for 3 chicken fingers. Same last time I got a meal with fries, always old & re-cooked

Went to the drive thru last night.  The sweetest experience ever. A really nice manager being a complete GENTLEMAN to one of his new girl teenage employees training her speaking so nice to her!!! Rare moment these days unfortunately. Also the other teenage girl was so adorable as well. Had a huge order and the were so nice ! THANK YOU for being you 🥰

Stopped to get someone a meal they ask for. I wanted a kiss meal with a large drink. Lady yelled in the speaker no large drink would be given with a kids meal. I told her it was funny I had came five days a week for months and got it but now I can't .. didn't finish ordering and won't be back . The fries are horrible now. One worker said they bought from a new place and no one liked them.

Eat at Jacks frequently...This Jacks was super. The DT cashier was as nice and efficient as I have ever had. Strips were hot and fresh as were condiments.....local was clean....As a former Jacks GM...well don't.✅✅
