Great origin story. They have app ordering or server ordering. The facility is clean and organized. Other vendors in the room. My order came out long after the others in my party.  I had the tomato basil panini and chips. So good, I ate the whole thing.  Clean restrooms.  Gift shop in the front. Accessible seating.  They also have games and a photo area set up at the end.

You can't order a panini only. Nope, you have to order the sides as well - how am I going eat a side salad while walking around? Just wanted to buy a panini and told can't do it. Must be nice to feel so popular you can't just sell me the sandwich - greedy.
There are so many options in the immediate area and I found another sandwich place that, amazingly enough, would just sell me a sandwich. Also, interesting that the owners only respond to positive comments. Here's a tip - listen to your customers. First and Last visit. Thanks for reading.

I’ve gone here twice now and loved it both times. The service is pretty fast and efficient. As long as you don’t come here with a big group you should be seated pretty fast. They say 10 or 15 minutes but find you seat pretty quick.
The beignets were good. You can’t really screw up a beignet. The Sandwiches were obviously great though. I would suggest getting a side of fries instead of chips as well, but they are little thin for most people’s standards. I’m kind of a fan of thinner fries though.
The atmosphere is pretty nice as well. The walk up is pretty with trees and vines all around. It reminds you a lot of New Orleans with it being “The French Quarter”. They even have a little cat that lives outside and you can pet him. Cool cat.
In the end, I would definitely recommend trying it if in the area and want something that feels healthy. There’s a lot of burger joints around here and not a ton of sandwich shops. Definitely got to check it out.

Great little French New Orleans style spot back in the cut of a cute little downtown spot. We decided to go because of Diners, Drive-ins and dives. The food was good. I do think it could've been a little more seasoned and wish the sandwich came with a bit more sauce but overall,  it was a good experience.
