The location is great- right on the beach, with a pool, outdoor tables, deck, yoga area, surf shop.  Didn’t eat at the restaurant, just had drinks.  The prices were a bit expensive, but you’re paying for the views.   The staff was friendly and helpful.   This is an Israeli party place- no issues with me, but expect it since it’s a known go to place for them.   I didn’t get an authentic Panamanian vibe at this place, nor in the ‘town’ of Playa Venao.  I had to hike a few kilometers to a local Fonda and got stellar cheap Panamanian food at the roadside.  I was thirsting for Panamanian culture but this town lacks it.  If you have a car, go to Canas for authentic vibe.   Be aware if you stay in the outdoor cabanas, they smell badly of mold- since no AC.

I had the absolute best experience here. The waves and the people were amazing. Especially the staff, so friendly and good hearted. A big shout out to Anthony, who always managed to put a smile on my face. I loved our daily small chats and he’s extremely helpful, kind and professional. :)

Pros: staff are great, very accommodating and kind. The location is good, right on the beach and close to many restaurants.

Cons: 95% of people staying here are Israeli, and they only stick with themselves - meaning, if you're hoping to make friends here, think again. On the weekends (Thurs - Sun) there's a party every night until 3am, where the music is so loud, the rooms vibrate all night. The food at the restaurant is also small, expensive and not very good.

I would not recommend and I will not return.

Beautiful place, nice attention from the guys at the reception.

Surfing crew was a lil bit rude, I did rent a board and there were some rules I was not informed about, and the surf instructors had a rude approach about these rules at the beach

Overall it was a nice experience!

Woww, what an experience here with the team at Selina. I had the pleasure of staying here a few weeks ago and was such a vibe. Everything from sunset sesions, surfing with the guys at shokogi and just an all round great time. Will definitely be back. Thanks guys
