Amazing food with views to match. We came here for lunch, it was reasonably quiet. Enjoying a tuna salad with amazing views of the ocean. Only small negatives, service was average, our waiter forgot some of our simple order and the music being played was awful - reminiscent of a children’s program soundtrack, fortunately it changed at 13:30 to something more funkier. Obviously the place is not cheap, but none of the beach clubs are.

Besides the wonderful place, I would like to write a review of the bar. Yesterday we went on the party and we ordered mezcalita, which I love. We usually ask for mezcalita made of a fresh juice but it turned out there is no fresh juices, just lemon juice. For 500 pesos for a drink, that’s very disappointing. Then we couldn’t pay by the cash because some issues with recharging the bracelets. So I was forced to pay by card, and they included 15% tips without permission, which is prohibited in Mexico. VERY disappointed experience:( I hope you will work better on the quality of the products and services.

The concert itself was amazing! Worth to go.

If you value sleep, don’t stay here. There were loud parties that went beyond 2am multiple nights. Looking back, I wish I had valued myself enough to not worry about losing the money on a non refundable room, and just left early. My stay here was like a comedy of errors, where if something could go wrong it did. I don’t need to write a novel though. The only redeeming elements would be the classes and the journeyers. Although it’s hard making it to class on no sleep. 🤷🏻‍♀️

They will give you a wristband at the entrance and say you can spend half of the $100, which is $50, but they will not say that you should only spend it by buying drinks from the bar because their aim is to make you spend money at the Restaurant. It is definitely not an honest business, they are like the scammers of Tulum Mexico. They never give you the necessary information at the door. I would never recommend such a dishonest place to anyone. I am giving 5 stars so that my review can be seen! This business is only worth 1 star to me

Overall amazing stay! The property is stunning and the beach is great and clean. Rooms are cleaned everyday.

There are a lot things to do around the resort (yoga, DJ, wellness programs, etc). You can also access there sister property “BE Tulum”. None of this was explained at check in we had to ask around in order to find this out.

We originally reserved the “Bungalow” however moved to the “Jungle Room”. Personally, would not recommend the Bungalow if you are looking for your typical relaxing resort experience. In the Bungalow you can be exposed to mosquitoes and other wildlife. You can also hear a lot of noise from the outside. However, the jungle room was exceptional and was very comfortable.

In our rate breakfast was included. It was delicious and generous portions! There is an additional service charge. However it was reasonable since the staff in the restaurant provided exceptional service.

Would also like to recognize Jorge and Dario who worked at the reception! Luis who also helped with luggage was great. They were amazing in making sure we had an wonderful vacation.

We will be back!
