Do not ever stay at this hotel!!!!**The loud club music makes it impossible to sleep, and the maintenance is terrible. The bathroom is rusty, and there is mold everywhere. There are no proper beds or hangers, and the pool is poorly maintained with broken tiles. The rooftop pool is also completely neglected. Do not be fooled by the photos. The only advantage is its proximity to shops… but that just means you won’t be able to sleep until 4 AM due to the noise from the music.

Stayed there in 2017. The hotel itself is nice. Nice pool, room is huge. Unfortunately, I got 10k pesos stolen while I was having breakfast. As the cameras are not inside the rooms, it couldn't be proven. So the management offered my an excursion and help me get a better than usual deal on a currency exchange. That obviously made my vacation extremely worse. Such a shame not being safe in such a nice property.

I stayed here in 2021, 2023 and will stay again this year. I think this hotel is an excellent value for the money. Yes some wear and tear here and there but nothing that would be a dealbreaker to me and my friends. The location is perfect. I’ve enjoyed both downstairs and upstairs pools. Could it be better? Yes but for the price one can’t complain. Staff has always been friendly.

You know the saying don’t judge a book by its cover? Well this hotel was exactly that-but not in the best way. Firstly, I wouldn’t consider this a 4 star hotel- it’s more a 3 star. It seems as though it hasn’t been maintained for a while, from the furniture to the room. I’m Fashion by Kavia was so beautiful online on the pics displayed, but I jumped many of the reviews that told a tale I would later witness. The front was not the most pleasant, and I honestly didn’t feel comfortable or welcomed like other hotels. When going to our room, I could hear one of the front desks comment on my mom and I as we went to the elevator. I felt it was unprofessional, and I assumed they thought we knew no Spanish at all. Our room was okay. You can see it hasn’t been maintained or renewed for a while, especially in the bathroom. We also found a roach and a bug climbing on the wall. Like what! Overall, our stay was okay. Would I recommend here? No, because I believe you can find more reasonable and better hotels while in Playa- like I have in the past. However, I do advise that the hotel does a complete renovation, which would so much better because I can see the vision they’re trying to display.

I came trusting the pics and descriptions, the rooms are not clean they come woth stains, bed bugs and roaches, mold in bathroomEVERYWHERE. . Furniture hasn't been updated in a while and even towels amd bwd sheets have stains that you wouldn't know if it's clean or stain😵‍💫. We got a family room with 3 beds but located on the main street view (very nice view) but at night there's a club right under the hotel that is blasting music until 4AM.
