Hosts were great and friendly. Room only had one working power outlet. Location is good, close to centro and food but far from the beach and nightlife. Most importantly, lockers are located outside the rooms, use them. It seems the cleaner was stealing from bags. I stayed twice, on the first stay I had all the coins taken from my front pocket of my bag. Assumed I had just forgotten and spent them. On our second stay a week later I’d noticed my bags were not as I’d left them after the room was cleaned and money and a silver chain necklace were missing. Spoke to another guest staying there who also said all the money was missing from his bag.

Great location with so much good food in the plaza nearby. Love the quiet communal area, was a lovely place to meet people. Nice bar too and rooms are comfortable with en-suite and air conditioning. Highly recommend, thanks.

Great atmosphere in the bar and hostel, would definitely recommend staying here, even visiting the bar as they have lots of events on every night! Alibeth is amazing organising the events. Will come back here again.
The aircon is amazing in the rooms and the no checkout time is a blessing

the volunteers are really nice and the location is good, but other than that, the hostel itself isn’t great…the pool looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months and the beds are probably the most uncomfortable i’ve ever slept in. there aren’t really any common areas to meet people either. it’s good for one night

Not a nice experience, we do not recommend!

The staff is not welcoming and does not make any effort to explain anything to you (not very enthusiastically). For example, we didn’t know we had to pay a gov tax and were confused about the price - they didn’t even tell us why / what the taxes were and we had to figure it out by ourselves.

The staff are volunteers who are not welcoming …

Then when we arrived at the room, the bed was not done. There was no more water in the water tank and they said they would provide us with some free mangos, which we did not get.

The location is good but I would recommend to stay somewhere else. The rooms are very dark and small and the bed is not comfortable.
