The food here was absolutely amazing. It was authentic, tasty and was a great way to show off Mexican cultures to our global coworkers here from America, India, Australia, and China.

The atmosphere was amazing feeling like you’re walking through an outside patio with fill grown trees inside.

The service was pristine. We were well cared for, welcomed and were able to enjoy some recommended tequilas and other drinks.

We came in on a Tuesday night with no reservations and were able to be seated fast.

Our waiter was great! Super attentive and also checked in enough but not over bearing.

The food was incredible. We shared a tamale. And each ordered enchiladas. I had a margarita and forgot to order another because the food was so good I was more focused on the food.

I saw a review that said they didn’t take card tips so we took cash. But they were able to add a tip to the card payment with no problem.

A unique place for a special meal. I came for dinner and had the guacamole with grasshoppers for a starter (tastes much better than it sounds!!!), a mole with duck for a main, and chocolate with mezcal for dessert, plus a glass of Mexican wine. Everything was delicious! I absolutely loved the atmosphere, dining in a beautiful courtyard, a stone’s throw from the Cathedral, so close (and yet so far from) the busyness of the Centro Histórico. Advanced booking recommended.

My favorite place I tried in Mexico city. Very quaint in the center of the city, lovely staff and the greatest variety of food. The tortilla soup is to die for, all the right flavors and textures and it comes it the best bowl of all. The guacamole was so smooth. We ended the lunch with the traditional hot chocolate that was prepared in front of us, full of flavor and aroma

We were deceived with the quality overall. Food was ok but never to a point that would justify the price (except the desert which was excellent). Service was ok until we paid the bill with a 10% tip, which is the usual in Mexico as tips are not even mandatory. Waiters started being rude immediately after this, probably because we were not the typical "gringos" leaving a 20% tip minimum. We will never come back there, the overall experience never justified such a high price, where one would expect something truly special.
