They have a bit of a wait but it’s worth every minute. The service is excellent and the food is simply amazing. I always get the Machaca and the eggs and can’t wait to get them again. This time we also tried the corn pancakes with ricotta cheese, and it was mind blowing good.

amazing brunch. we’ll know for their corn pancakes. not too sweet and perfect with some butter and syrup. get the one with protein and fruit on the side. the combos are super filling and well balanced as well. good service and you might have to wait but not long at all. beautiful terrace too. great experience.

This was a great experience, all about the restaurant is good, food is so authentic and fresh, this is not your common regular Mexican food out there, this is authentic original Mexican food, not a lot of rice and beans here instead very interesting recipes, the most popular and special dish is the “Borrego tatemado” sooo good, you really have to try it.

Well, as you can ready, I really recommend this place, no cons only pros.

Amazing! There was an hour wait when we went but it was well worth it. There are little stalls to get coffee and pastries and a farm to watch animals to pass the time. Once inside (there are two buildings to sit in) the service was friendly and fairly quick. My favorites were the machaca con huevos and the papas con chorizo and a tall glass of horchata to wash it all down. We would happily go again next time we're in the Valle.

There was a wait over an hour before I got a table. This place is way popular. The waiting area felt like a Bingo hall with an announcer calling out names on a loud speaker.

Sinaloan style seems to be the theme here. I had the combinacion Fernando. It is a mix of mushed chorizo and dried meat (jerky?) topped with eggs. The food was decent, but probably not worth the 1 hour wait.

You’ll get good value for the money for a meal in one of the most popular go-to restaurant in the city.

The restaurant is located along some dusty dirt road between some ranch land around it.
